It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and flexible. It said that I’m having a view but I was on the first floor so I didn’t have any view.

The central location It was my Second time at the jewel hotel in two months. This time I had to use beside the elevetor the stairs to go to my room. The staff was not very nice….

We had a fantastic experience at The Jewel Hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable — we slept great every night of our stay. I also loved the water station, such a nice touch and really convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This hotel was wonderful! We (two of us) stayed in a superior room and had a view of St. Patrick's Cathedral. The hotel is in the PERFECT location to walk to everything inmidtown Manhattan. The bed is the MOST comfortable hotel I've ever slept on and the pillows and bedding are top notch. Will definitely be staying here again!

Location, Cleanness, staff friendliness, spacious rooms . The light was a bit dim in the room but overall it wasn’t a negative point.

The location of the facility was very nice, it was very close to every point, it was a great convenience for us for the New York trip What he doesn’t like in the facility is on the coffee floor, I think it could have to be in his snacks, it could have been a small vending machine, food vending machine

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly, accommodating staff. Great coffee machine in the guest lounge. The only complaints were a closet that wouldn't close in room 505 and a loose toilet when you sat down. We told the front desk and expect it to be repaired immediately. Thanks, Jewel Hotel!

The room was very clean, staff was tremendous and the parking was great. Only issue but not really an issue was I hoped the rooms would’ve been a little spacious as well as mini fridge being available in the room. All in all it’s a Great hotel to stay at.

Amazing location. Right across the street from the Rockefeller Center. Rooms are clean and housekeeping does a fantastic job tidying up if you request that they do so. We will be back for sure.

Location great factor My room was dark and awful… I have stayed at the hotel a few times so I know the rooms and room 203 awful

The room was probably the most practically designed hotel room I’ve stayed in, really enjoyed that. Also the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Incredible location! The Nespresso in the room and the purified water station in the hallway were key. The details are not missed here. I will be back and will recommend to all my friends. I would have loved a soap dish in the bathroom, and the shower grout could have used a bleach. Very minor details for an otherwise incredible stay.
