The location is excellent with subway next to the main entrance. True to its name it was really little. Two people cannot walk side by side in them. The double room we stayed in was super small, I understand it is New York but have stayed in more decent places before. Won’t be staying here again. Also as shared by others the breakfast is for 2 only and doesn’t cover additional guests staying in the room. So the breakfast included disclaimer is misleading it should be changed to breakfast for 2/room.

Great price, cozy room, good service!

I would stay here again for sure. Such helpful staff, and our room was clean and lovely! Perfect location in Tribeca. Thank you so much.

Excellent location. Clean and well appointed rooms. Staff in the restaurant (breakfast place) were downright nasty and made us feel totally unwelcome. So much so that I skipped the included breakfast.

Great location, great amenities, staff was super kind, attentive, and helpful, the property and the room were super clean. Easy to check in and out, and the luggage storage was easy and quick as well. Room was a little small, toilet would sometimes get stuck after a flush (the chain got caught and the tank didn't fill properly), shower would squeak when running, bit of a droning noise when sleeping

The Hotel is located in a very convenient position and well connected to the subway. The Staff were great in supporting after an issue we had with our room. The room was fine and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable and soft.

Joana, Alisia and Donovan really took care of me and were extremely hospitable and helpful. I ended my trip to NY here in this beautiful Tribeca hotel. I visited on a weekend for pleasure and site seeing and spent my time reflecting at the WTC Memorial, Battery Park and the Staten Island Ferry to see Lady Liberty. I was meaning to eat in Chinatown which is within very close walking distance but I ran out of time. The included breakfast is incredible at Serafina, Little Italy Pizza had delish pizza next down the block and I walked to Osteria for dinner. On the weekend I was there, complimentary wine was available, which was a wonderful way to settle in after my train on the Hudson line had a 90 minute delay from a breakdown. I think it's easy to get here from airports because the Oculus and regular subway stops are close. I took a bus home from Chinatown and was able to walk to my stop. The bathroom was so a highlight of my solo room.

Such a lovely quaint hotel! Great location in Tribeca. Nice hotel bar. Room was small but very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was gorgeous.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, location was brilliant I visit New York frequently so I am accustomed to small rooms but our room wrapped around the elevator shaft (the elevator was marked as out of service through the visit, presumably because they had sold the wrap around rooms). Noise not an issue but the room has one window at one end giving a prison like feel. With four or us in there it felt very cramped and lacking light. We only went to breakfast once - felt underwhelming.

Great location and the rooms were very well designed. Nothing

Great location Room was tiny

Great location and comfortable bed One front desk lady was rude, charged for an umbrella that was returned, carpet was wet from the ac when I got into room with zero apologies.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night at the Frederick in a premium king room, and we really enjoyed it. While the room was small, it was a good size for such a good location in NYC. It was very hot out while we were there, but the air conditioning unit was extremely effective. The robes and slippers in the room were also a nice comforting touch. Our breakfast at Serafina was very good as well. I have celiac disease, and I was very happy to see they had gluten-free bread that was separately wrapped, as well as other options made without gluten. Needless to say, the location was great, especially as there is a subway stop to the 1, 2, and 3 trains just steps from the front door. Would highly recommend staying here!

Been staying at this hotel for years on and off. Very convenient to everything and the staff and hotel couldn’t be nicer. Highly recommend this hotel.
