The location is great, a block from the stunning Grand Central Station. Very Safe area. Less than a ten minute walk to Bryant Park. Only negative is no room service or food in the hotel. Have an arrangement with Benjamin steakhouse but if you want a late night snack you are out of luck

Everything. The size of the room, the beautiful bathroom, the scent, the friendly staff, how clean it was, everything! I loved everything but the room service needs a little more organization with the Benjamin restaurant.

We rented the family suite and it was perfect for our family with plenty of beds for all and enough room to relax and retreat after a busy down in Midtown. We didn't see the room service info until the last day, it would have been nice but it was hard to notice.

A beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of one of Manhattan’s busiest areas. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Our room was absolutely beautiful; spacious, stylish, and very well maintained. I can only assume that some of the negative reviews date from before the renovation, because our experience was excellent. Staying here was an absolute pleasure, and I would happily recommend this hotel.
