Rating: 1 / 5 (Terrible) Our family stayed at this property for two nights, and it was a complete nightmare. Room 608 presented severe maintenance and health hazards: The air conditioning was broken and stuck at 23.5°C (74°F) for our entire stay, making the room uncomfortably hot and humid. The bathroom was missing its shower door entirely, causing water to flood the floor during every use. Most concerningly, there was visible black mold in the bathroom, which made our children feel unwell. When we reported these serious issues to the front desk, the staff were completely indifferent, dismissive, and made zero effort to fix the room or move our family to an acceptable space. Exposing guests to active mold and broken climate control is completely unacceptable and violates basic standards. We have submitted full documentation to Expedia and Marriott Corporate requesting a full refund. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere in Times Square.

Great staff, the place was clean and easy to come and go. The breakfast was varies with plenty of cold, hot, savory and sweet options. For exploring NY from a centralized place this is great.

Excellent location close to Broadway and Times Square. Included breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable Room was noisy at times, lots of street noise and loud, banging sounds. Elevators were slow.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Location to everything we wanted to do was good. Room was much smaller than expected. Refrigerator small, couldn’t keep much in it at one time. Bathroom was beautiful but every time a shower was taken, water leaked out the bottom and covered bathroom floor.
