Sheraton Tribeca New York Hotel

I was able to get checked in super early and Amina was incredibly accommodating, as well as everyone else

Great location in Tribeca, room size was bigger than expected for Manhattan. Clean and safe.

The club level club lounge and terrace had very nice views of downtown Manhattan.

Everything was amazing!

Clean and efficient rooms. Loved the idea of the rooftop lounge attached to the club lounge. Unfortunately it rained for us and we couldn’t use it. We asked security to come up after some rowdy guests kept us up well after 3am and it wasn’t very effective. Rooms are small but clean. Plenty of spaces to work in the hotel.

Loved this hotel even through the active construction, the hotel smelled amazing, our room was so clean and had amazing views!! Prime location it was great

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The maids did an excellent job with the rooms. Also, the coffee stand. Was excellent. I will stay there again. Thanks for the wonderful day.

Helpful staff and clean accomodations! Right in the middle of Canal street craziness, but conveniently close to everything.

Great hotel with nice and professional staff. Renovations and rooftop were also great. Only improvement would be the room doors. Maybe it’s not every room but mine had at least a one inch gap at the bottom which allowed all hallway sounds to come in. Used pillows to muffle the loudness. Overall a decent stay

I have only two minor complaints: (1) The staff didn't let us know that the nearby parking garage has a discounted rate for people validated as staying at the Sheraton; and (2) the air conditioner said it was 68 in the room, but it felt much warmer. I am planning to stay at the Sheraton in each of my future trips to the SoHo/Tribeca area.

The rooms were updated and very nice. It was a bit noisy with people shutting doors in the early morning.

Hotel was conveniently located and kept clean. Beautiful view on the top floor, where there is a rooftop bar the only negative is a bit shady right outside the hotel on our first day and getting a bit harassed by the illegal vendors. The hotel itself is great though.

Amazing hotel great service

The room wasn’t ready, we were placed in the wrong room and had to waitc24hrs to move into the right one, which was a pain having to check out at 11am and store luggage and then wait until 3pm to check back in.. when we initiallly checked in the hotel we saw an exterminator walking out of the lobby. The staff at the door and one lady were kind but I would never ever stay here again. The room we were moved to wasn’t clean.
