The location was great, the staff was very kind and it was very clean

Fantastic stay, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating

Excelente and clean!!! I loved all.

Only criticism was there was only 2 Towels in the room, however when I called down they brought more up within 10 minutes.

Buying large, the property itself was nice. The room was clean. The staff was gracious and friendly. The location was great. But the room we reserved was listed as a “superior“ room. It was tiny, which is to be expected in a downtown New York hotel. But this took that to a new level of small. There wasn’t a desk. There wasn’t a table or a chair. Only one bedside nightstand. My wife had to sit on the bed to use her laptop. One expects a “superior“ room to be, in fact, “superior.“ And this was anything, but. That should be made more clear in describing the room before a purchase decision is made.

Stayed one night for girls night. Staff was very attentive, great lobby and bar area. Overall was a very pleasant stay and did not hear any of the city noise from room. Would stay again at this hotel!

Absolutely terrible service and unhelpful front of staff, I would rate this as a 3 star hotel at most and most certainly not the standard of a 4 star hotel.

We lost a polo Ralph Lauren green jacket and called the front desk to look for it but they haven’t reached out to me and it’s been a week.

The rooms are very clean and bathrooms are modern and well kept.

The check in was very well run, the service was excellent and the room was perfect. Our complimentary bottle of wine was a very nice touch and the view out our window was beautiful. We will be back!

The lobby was aesthetic and workers were excellent. Great location insufficient parking for the garage across the street. The full body mirror in the room was in the walk way and the walk way isn’t wide at all

This hotel is not worth the price. Location is convenient, but of the four staff we encountered during our stay - two were unhelpful and had attitude. One employee gave me attitude for asking for a second bottle of water, and another gave me attitude for asking about transportation to the airport. I just ended up having to grab my own taxi as she was super unhelpful. We paid an additional fee to have a "nice" room that included a view of the empire state building - and were excited upon check in to learn from the check in desk that "everything in the room is included." Considering it was almost 10pm, I was hoping at the very least that meant a snickers bar or a soda. Turns out by "everything is included" he just meant one bottle of water, the wifi, only one bathrobe, and a shower that took 20 minutes to warm up to hot enough to shower. Oh sorry, and there were two tea bags. The fun part was being greeted with a bottle of wine due to my expedia status, but then not given a bottle opener for it - and no one could seem to locate one, lol, can't even make this stuff up. The pictures on here look WAY nicer than what is offered, and unfortunately for the cost, it's just simply not worth it. There are other hotels in the city that make better sense. I did appreciate having a tub, since I was so agitated the second day that I couldn't get the shower to heat up for over 20 minutes (my husband waited it out and showered just fine), that I had to use it.

perfect location for my needs - lots of options around for food and easy transport and food options nothing - great place.
