Good location, but tiny rooms

Everything was great except for the noise level. There walls are thin and doors were slamming all evening and early morning. 2 nights of very poor sleep overshadowed how amazing the hotel is otherwise.

Location was good. Room was so-so. View of a concrete wall. It was very basic. Toilet in bathroom is too close to wall and shower was complicated as I had to search for the hot water (turn faucet TWICE around). Understaffed when I arrived Wednesday evening.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and were able to fix any issues that I had in a timely fashion. The overall ambiance of the hotel, and the room were very nice. My only negative is related to the room key issues that I had. The key didn't always work properly and sometimes took up to three tries of flashing green before the door would click open. At one point, the key stopped working in the elevator and had to be re-keyed.

I was staying in a 14th floor and when I need hot water I have to wait like 20 minutes to finally get it.

Good business

I feel like they mislead people with their pricing. There’s a deposit that you do not get back for over two weeks. There are fees for every night you stay there on top of your nightly stay cost. Very disappointed for the misleading cost but the view from the top of their building was awesome!

Good experience

Property smelled very nice despite the very outdated room we got. We didn’t have a mini refrigerator, there was hair in the bathroom shelf’s. That carpets gotta gooo, also our headboard was peeling, the tv didn’t work. It was giving 1900s vibe.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the metro and centrally located. The neighborhood was quiet enough. The room was big and clean. The view of the one small window was of the roof heating/cooling systems. The window had black masking tape around the edges. The room was a little dark. The energy rating was a D.

Great place to stay in the city. Affordable and the staff was so attentive and very friendly. Will stay here again.

Disappointing

Don’t ever stay here a whole bunch of noise, the staff was rude and they charge you for something being delivered to your room , even if it don’t go to the holding station, the manager is a clown by the way and they pointed out the fact that you can’t smoke but didn’t point out if you order something from Amazon you will be charged 8 dollars per item . Peace of s$:t place

It was good for the price. Excellent location, near Central Park and other attractions.
