Hôtel bas de gamme mais l’emplacement dans Wall Street est parfait.

Stayed 3 nights room was never serviced 2 nights has to ask for new towels. A/C was not working the first night ask the next morning for it to be repaired upon returning that evening a/c still not working asked to be repaired and front desk said maintenance repaired it but it still made squeaking noise all night and didn’t cool the room

Clean and nicely maintained

Good place, but small room. Most of the lights in my room did not work. Staff were a bit brusque. Location is convenient.

We had a balcony room & it was awesome!!

I’ll be honest, the reviews for this hotel are very harsh. The hotel is actually very nice. There was no unpleasant smell like I read in some of the reviews here. The bathroom had been renovated. Yes, the room is small, but it’s NYC after all… The location is very, very good, and the price is one of the cheapest in Manhattan ($700 CAD for 3 nights right in the middle of August). Of course, there are city taxes to pay upon arrival, but that’s normal too. The only downside is that the air conditioning is a little noisy in the room. Overall, at this price, it’s perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was tidy but not clean. I felt like I was in an old abandoned room. But staff was helpful and very kind. 1 star! Needs refinishing!!

No pude llegar por que quedé hospitalizada, no tuvieron en consideración la situación fuera de mi alcance. Me cobraron una noche y nunca llegue.

Room was clean, very small, but clean.

The place was not clean, and there was no hot water. It was a horrible experience.

None of the hotels offered us ladies any help when we checked in. Hope there'll be staff to assist next time.
-
It was amazingly bad experience with such a small den room and staff that never picks the phone. I will never stay or recommend here. Absurd SUPER high price of above $300 when such hotels do not deserve even $50 type payment for a night. NOT FOR FAMILY. BEWARE..... Name is deceiving. No where near other holiday inn name stake....

The hotel is not very generously staffed. On the first night, we found that the hotel safe was missing batteries. The person at the front desk said that they could not leave their post to get us batteries from their storeroom and there was nobody else on site. I went out and bought my own set of batteries. The second night, we suddenly had a sharp smell in the room that seemed like burning plastic. The front desk said that they didn't have anyone qualified to assess the situation and moved us to a new room. The climate control system in the new room was not responsive, so I went downstairs for help. They sent up someone with me, but the person said that they did not speak English and only Spanish. I'm not sure what they do if there is a really big problem. The hotel facilities themselves appear clean, but left me with the impression of heavy chemical cleaners. The air conditioning units did not look like the vents had been regularly cleaned and the air quality felt noticeably less than what I typically want in a hotel room. The elevator has likely seen a lot in its days from the looks of it. You could do worse in New York, but you can definitely do better.

Cramped up room with no space to walk.
