Perfect location. Close to subway and ferry terminal. Check-in was easy. Room had bad smell throughout our stay which appears to come from dirty carpet even when the fan was running all the time. Otherwise good.

The location and views from the property. Close to liberty bagel, Wall Street, subway, state island ferry and generally downtown manhattan and easy transfers to Brooklyn Nothing.

Great location close to two subway stations and across street from Battery park. Facility was very clean even when the building and rooms are old. Staff were very nice and polite. Beds are NOT comfortable at all. You expect a hotel bed to be very comfortable. The beds here are hard as a rock. We woke up with body aches

Location, bathroom is big enough , Hilton provides crabtree and evelyn products, able to Communicate through text is convenient Room is small, no space to hang clothes, cabinets and desk are so close to the bed, hard to move around in the room . Also the safe did not work, I immediately notified the desk and they sent a maintenance and changed the battery, afterwards I was able to use for at least an hour and it died again. I notified them again but there was no reply. I did not pursue because we were only staying for 2 nights. The shower glass door came off the track and they immediately sent someone and got it fixed right away, however the shower door does not fully close and always slides back.

Gym is great, nice and clear room, good facilities. Lady at the reception in the morning was sweet. We paid for a River view which is kind of a scam considering the huge building in front of the hotel, which is twice the height of the hotel. A joke.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn - the location is excellent, the rooms clean and quiet. Perfect for a short stay.

The facility was lovely. The staff was polite. The room was amazing. The shower door leaked and the ice machine on our floor was out of order. Everything else was great.

We had a very good experience overall at the hotel. Clean property and kind staff at reception and restaurant made our experience memorable. Walkable to ferry and subway stations. The few things that we wish were better was the a/c cooling which was not cooling the room enough and water pressure in the shower was low. But these didn’t bother us much and the stay was good overall.
