Me and my family had booked a two night stay at this location and we were very excited to enjoy our weekend in New York. On our first night, we were traveling all day. We were extremely exhausted. However, when we came back to our room, it was not clean. We did not have fresh towels. The bed was not made. Nothing was cleaned enough. The trash was not emptied.

Clean, quiet, updated, nice central location. Would stay again!

The room was quite clean and large for NYC. The staff was kind. A great experience.

Really good location. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. I was able to check in early in the morning for a fee. The room was a decent size, good views, comfortable bed.

The hotel was nice, with staff very friendly and helpful. There were a few hiccups along the way, but the desk made it right, which I appreciated.

The HGI Times Square North was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay. Close to everything we did. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was great.

The hotel was very central located, walking distance, only blocks away from 5th ave and times square. The hotel was clean. Sam was very helpfull. It was clean.

Everything excellent

I’ve been to New York City many times, and although this was probably my least favorite hotel I’ve stayed in here, there truthfully wasn’t anything “wrong“ with it. The staff was very polite, but they didn’t seem genuine. It was the first hotel in a few years that did not provide water bottles daily in the room at no charge. That would’ve been a nice addition. They do have water in the lobby was small plastic cups, so that was at least nice. There aren’t really any amenities. The property seemed very small. Either the walls are thin, or the cleaning staff is just loud every morning. The room views are terrible, but there isn’t much they can do about that with this location. Although I did not prefer the location, which surprised me, it definitely was not a bad location as far as distance to many top Midtown attractions or subways.

One small thing- the breakfast is fine but it looks nothing like the picture, so ...please change the picture but keep serving breakfast :-)

For the price and the location you can’t go wrong. This is my second stay within the year and I would stay again.

Room was nice; shower worked well.

Room we stayed wasn’t pleasant. It was hot and there were no fans so we end up buying one at BestBuy. The curtains didnt reach the bottom of the shower so it constant drench everything we left on the floor.
