Hilton Club West 57th Street New York

Offered us an hour later checkout and service was great. Second time around this is a great hotel in a good area

Large rooms for NY. Staff very supportive and cheerful. Large shower. Easy walk to Central Park and restaurants. Subway close. Luxury shopping nearby.

Perfect location for Central Park and most of the iconic landmarks of NYC. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is our go to for when we visit NYC. We always book a king suite that with a central park view.

The hotel was very conveniently located just south of Central Park and walkable to everything we wanted to do on our trip. Our room was spacious (by NYC standards), clean, quiet, cool, with good light and a skyline view. We had to request a voucher to get the self-park rate at the local garage, but had no issue when paying for parking and leaving. The total kindly gave us a late check out of 12pm and stored our luggage for free after checkout. It was a pleasant, hassle-free experience.

Friendly and professional staff. Hotel room was very clean. Unfortunately the street noise was quite loud and caused a few sleepless nights. Otherwise, a great stay!

The view from the 24th floor was spectacular, with ceiling to floor window with an expansive view of Central Park. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hotel in Mid-Town Manhattan.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in NYC and at the Hilton Club on W. 57th. It was in a great location for us, just south of Central Park. Subway stop on the corner at 6th. Easy to Rockefeller and Times Square. Nice place. Will consider staying there in the future.

The woman that checked us in was fantastic & made our son feel like a million bucks. He was nervous about playing at Carnegie Hall, she saw his cello on his back & chatted with him about how special it is to play there. Everyone in the staff was also courteous & professional.

We actually hated this hotel upon arrival because the lobby is boring and looks like you're checking in at a quick care however each day we liked the actual room more and more. It had no view and we were on a low floor but the room itself was really spacious for Manhattan and quite updated. The cleaning staff is excellent, we always came back to a clean room and fresh towels. We don't spend much time in the hotel, we basically just sleep and shower there. The location couldn't be more perfect.

Front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Sheryl (don’t know if that is how she spells her name) was particularly helpful and just very friendly and professional. The housekeeping could use some help but otherwise it was an overall great stay. Everyone from the reception to the valet/bell were very friendly. The valet arranged for a yellow cab to pick me up at 4am for my flight which was much better than an Uber pickup so I appreciated that. The rooms were very spacious and clean which is something of a rarity in NYC, and the location is prime. Would stay here again.

No complimentary breakfast like in Residence Inn 6th Avenue (we stayed there for 3 nights before moving to Hilton Club West).

Very nice facility, location and staff were helpful and friendly. Robes provided, mini fridge in the room, nearby subway and close to Central Park, theatres, tons of restaurants and cafes.
