I was very disappointed with the staff ! She was unprofessional and rude. When I was told the room deposit was $150; I was shocked for a one night stay!!!! The room deposit was more then the room!!!Instead of taking my feelings into concern the representative said well you can cancel and go somewhere else. Very unprofessional the parking is horrible if you dont have to get up early this is not the place for you i checked in around 12 am and I didn't fall asleep until about 2 am to get up by 7am to feed the meter so I wouldn't get a ticket I dont feel i will be staying there again the beds were ok

The hidden fees are a killer when you book through a thrift party that says all fees included, plus the hidden fees are illegal in nyc, and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back.

The location was absolutely amazing. The staff were all great. The facility was quite new. The response tike from the hotel was quick. Quite spacious for a hotel in new york It wasn't incredibly clean: we had a few spots in the bathtub and on the nightstand that were just a bit too dirty

It was an ok stay for a quick stay. The room felt humid and the bed was no comfortable at all but the room itself was clean and quiet I would have preferred more bedding. The comforter was just a thin blanket

Reasonably priced with minor problems but basically clean so a decent, affordable place to stay when we go to NYC for a Mets game.

24hr reception. Free tea and coffee in the mornings. Staff very friendly. Close to 2 subway stops. Room was quite noisy with air blowing constantly through a vent but was fine with earplugs in. Area was a bit rough so at night could be a little bit scary if walking home.

Friendly and helpful staff, front desk open 24 hours a day, optional breakfast offered each day, reasonable rates (for New York). Room could be a little noisy, with trains passing by nearby (thanks for providing us with earplugs).

My daughter got rashes because it was so dirty. The toilet handle was coming off and it was just dirty.
