The location was amazing if you like the busy of times square and walking distance to many things. The room was quant and clean. It was eclectic very cool! our ceiling fan in our room did not work and the safe did not work either

Great location! We took a train in from Delaware and walked to this hotel easily. We saw a show, also easy walk. Tons of restaurants nearby. The staff were nice, held the door and had great energy. They have a lounge on 2nd floor with snack & drinks along with a decent breakfast in the morning. It has beautiful tile work which was nice to look at.

Great Location. Just steps away from Times Square but quiet inside. Very friendly and helpful staff. Second floor sitting room was very comfortable and nice continental breakfast fare. Rooms could use a bit of updating.

This is a truly unique, boutique hotel in the heart of the theater district and Times Square. It is reminiscent of the film Casablanca, and is decorated with actual Moroccan rugs, tiles, and art. It features "Rick's Cafe," which offers a lovely continental breakfast and 24-hour coffee and snacks. This hotel is a real gem!

The location was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful. Staff was so nice and accommodating. The rooms were small but you should expect that with the location you’re given.

Great place to stay, right off of Times Square and access to the subway, Port Authority, and 8 blocks from Penn Station. The Continential breakfast is nice to allow you to have a casual start to the day.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a good size, including the bed and the bathroom was large, clean and of a high standard. The room ac was a little on the noisy side.
