CAN'T REMEMBER THE RECEPTIONIST NAME THAT WAS THERE THAT NIGHT BUT SHE WAS FRIENDLY AND AMAZING. ROOMS WERE BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN. WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
-
It’s a very nice and clean hotels but the only problem we had was every night they didn’t have all of the towels we needed they only had big ones. And due to redoing the hotel they had most parts closed off
-
We had to pay in a public parking for two days and the breakfast was closed and so was the restaurant. The rooftop lounge was not open. They only had a little snack corner but the prices were to high
-
Great stay, Room exceeded my expectation, Had a peaceful nights sleep, will return. Thank you
-
I did have trouble because of a drug user in the next room. However, the staff couldn't help me..

What I didn't like was staff on last night which was friday night the toilet flooded in room and she didn't know anything about a plunger and I asked for tissues she said they were out and later sent kleenex for restroom and someone to unclog toilet. They only give one wash cloth and dry off towels when cleaning room so you have to ask for additional towels. They don't answer phones when calling from room to lobby or cell phone to lobby. Sheets on bed or horizontal and not vertical which noone should wanna feel bare comforter at their calf on down. Keycard for room kept going out and I had my phone nowhere near and the keycard in coinpurse with my other cards. Numbers on elevators or coming off. We stayed on 5th floor and on one of the elevators you can't even push the 5th floor

The lounge and restaurant were being renovated.
-
There were flies. I don’t know if it was mosquitoes or what, but when I turned on the light early in the morning there were about 4-5 flies flying around and some on the wall toward the curtains.

No valet parking or No source of parking for customers…. No breakfast None of the bars and lounges were open for visitors…. No ice machines… overall a horrible stay
-
It was quiet. Had a view of part of the city. Beds were comfortable.
-
No amenities mentioned ate available NONE, terrible staff.
-
Nice location that's within easy walking distance from the French Quarter, but far enough away to avoid some of the commotion.

We booked this hotel because it was conveniently located to our event locations and it also had a rooftop lounge. About a week prior we found out that all of the amenities are out of service including the rooftop lounge! One young female, who worked at the front desk was extremely rude. When you asked her for towels, it was like the end of the world and we were told with an attitude that towels won’t be delivered off the truck until 4:30 AM. On the other hand, there was a gentleman who worked at the front desk, who was extremely helpful. He even ran and opened up the doors for us. I did bring it to his attention that he was the nicest staff member we encountered since we’ve been. Overall hotel was nice and I enjoyed the room set up for the king bed. The walls were thin, so I heard a lot of door slamming, and couples arguing!

The staff was superb. We arrived and the front desk was having issues with our reservations and they were kind and so professional. Melani Erazo and Allen English is the best and their customer service is A1. Now the actual hotel room well that’s another story. Most of the sockets in the room did not work and the front desk had to provide use with an extension cords for all devices. The tv nor the phone worked and I informed the staff that that is a safety issue. I forgot to mention that there was no WIFI, rooftop bar or area, pool nor a restaurant on site. The room was cleaned every day but the sink was a slow drain and the toilet backed up on us twice.
