Also, the AC in the hallways and main lobby was not working properly, which made those areas uncomfortable. Overall, the customer service was good, but there were several things that could have been better.

This was my second time staying here and now that my daughter go to school in New Orleans I be spending more time here.
-
Overall, a good stay. Staff through away my pillows but management willing to reimburse for it.

Clean friendly staff

Hotel was nice but room and hallways had a smell i assume from dirty carpet
-
Gooo

That said, it would have been nice that the bar and that the “room service” app actually be operational. But overall, it was exactly what was needed and plan on making it our annual spot for this annual business trip.

Our stay was 6 days. The room was never serviced. That was a first. One of the elevators had an open door that was a safety hazard. Another first. Some of the buttons in the last elevator don’t light up so you don’t know if your floor was inputted or not. That was fun. The afternoon noon and evening front desk crews warmth eases the flaws. I’ve stayed at this location many times and I’ve always had a flawless stay until this last stay.
-
It was clean easy to check in early, felt safe, plus I a lil ways enjoy the room fridge, stove and microwave
-
It was just ok. 1 thing I didn’t like was not getting a clear explanation for a late night charge of $170 that is still pending on my credit card. The staff’s explanation didn’t match what occurred. Note that I paid the reservation in full prior to check in and was charged a fee for potential incidentals which has finally cleared. I’ve also been charged for using valet, yet the $170 is still pending
