Great location for walking

The location and the magnanimous breakfast. Absolutely great. The racket made by the AC. The machine was noisy and woke you up every time it started ruining a nights sleep. The management should compensate for ruining one's peace

The room was amazing for the price. Cleanest room I've stayed in while in New Orleans. After requesting an early check in of 1 p.m., and the hotel approving the check-in time, the room was not ready until 3:20 p.m. We were told that they had 192 guest the night before, but that should not have interferred with a pre-approved request. We sat in the lobby for two hours waiting on the room. I think the mix up happened because they were trying to apply Hilton honors awards, but the rewards were in a different name. I gave the staff my phone number to avoid this happening, but it still happened anyway. Other than that, the hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly, and the valet service was excellent.

The location was amazing, the staff was great, the breakfast was pretty good with a variety of things offered as well, and the look of the place was pretty good. That they don't tell you that you have to pay taxes on the parking and taxes on pets staying. They tell ypu the price but dont have that its plus taxes. Then youre hit with the taxes at check out and they keep the hold fee thats required at check out. Also our air went out in our room the second day and they had to change us to another and that one was just a little bit better but still not a cold as my sister's room.

The property is in a central area where I can walk to my location, feel safe, and still enjoy a scenic view of this great town. Everyone is super helpful. And knowledgeable about different places to go for food or entertainment Ms. Kevana was exceptional when it came to assisting me with any of my requests. She went above and beyond to help me her Customer Service and kindness are stellar I want her to be aware that she is excellent at her job! Everyone, from the doormen to the housekeeping staff, was great. When we arrived there were some air conditioning issues, caused by the weather outside. They were very accommodating.

The hotel was beautiful, in a great location and had a wonderful complimentary breakfast selection. In the afternoons they offered wine, beer, and fruit as a complimentary. Everything was absolutely beautiful. Room service is not every day therefore we had to go downstairs and grab us some towels and wash rags.

The location was perfect since I was there for EssenceFest.Convenient walking distance to the Superdome and the convention center. The lobby smelled like wet mold and there was trash around the lobby at different hours of the day.

Nice location and clean facility. The air conditioning in the entire hotel was not comfortable. Hotels should be cool or warm depending on the weather.

My family and I stayed here for a Saint's game and it was so nice to walk to and from the game instead of being gridlocked in traffic. We parked our car at the premier parking across the street, which costed roughly the same as the daily $53/day valet parking provided by the hotel. The clean, spacious room was so nice with 2 kids. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. We had an issue with our air conditioner not working, and we were taken care of and given a new room. There may have been an issue with the hotel's HVAC, because it was very warm in the hallways and lobby. Great continental breakfast the next morning. Great value, would stay again!

The breakfast was delicious and the environment was welcoming. I enjoyed my room however the night stand lamp needed a new bulb.

It was good. Very well organized and clean. Thank you!! I did not like all the fees that were added. For example, the taxes for the Dome. We didn't go to a game!!
