Hotel looked immaculate and smelled really good, staff were very helpful and friendly notably there was a Caucasian gentleman with facial hair at the front lobby who was extremely friendly (I meant to get his name but forgot to before checking out)

Great, safe location with super easy parking directly connected to the hotel! The accommodations are excellent with a friendly staff from the moment you enter the lobby, including excellent housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the hotel, and tasty in house restaurants if you want to stay close.for a meal. Walking distance to the Riverwalk/ Julia St.#49 Streetcar to the French Market, as well as a variety of different restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The excellent quality of the accommodations has been consistent each time we’ve booked with the Higgins!

Perfect location for the WW2 museum and restaurants. We ate at all three restaurants and used in room dining as well. Great food and excellent staff. Our check in and check out was great and we also we able to store our luggage on the last day so we could enjoy the museum more.

A beautiful hotel tied to the WWII museum. The decor is all from the era. Our check in agent was very friendly and informative. The bed and bathroom were very nice and comfortable. We didn’t try the restaurant but we did enjoy coffee from the coffee bar. We will return again in the future when the d-Day portion of the museum is completed.

The hotel itself is good the rooms are nice and the stay was pleasant. However, you need to stay on top of your final bill. They double-charged me, and trying to get it resolved was a nightmare because the communication from the staff and management is incredibly poor. It takes forever to get a response, and nobody seems to know what's going on. Keep an eye on your credit card statements if you stay here!
