Love the convenience to the French Quarter. The beds were soft and comfy. We stay again. They had some meadow inside the restroom. Need to get it fixed before someone get sick from it. Room 557, also the desk was broke that separated the beds someone can get hurt told the young man about it. The breakfast was good but had oatmeal the entire weekend with cheese omelet and you can taste like the freezer.

It was nice. Good location, good breakfast. They appear to ONLY have valet parking. What they don't tell you and you find out after you leave is that they are going to charge you $44 plus tax for it. So our girl scout troop that was going on a cruise was charged that without knowing we were going to be. The girls worked hard for this trip and it's a shame that they did this to their troop account. It feels very dishonest. Definitely not keeping with girl scouts honest and fair.

I like the location. The bed was comfortable. The area was safe and peaceful. I did not like the house keeping staff. My room was not cleaned one time in 4 days. I had to ask for clean bathroom linens and for the trash to be changed. I had to text the front desk for them to prompt them to come. When she did finally come up to give me linen she said I’ll be back and never came back. I went to the front desk and inquired on why they never cleaned the room and the housekeeping lied and stated she came at noon but we left at noon on Friday and didn’t come back till about 6:00 and the same on Saturday. Bathroom ceiling over shower had traces of mold. They need to have checks behind housekeeping.

Last minute booking before our cruise. Very nice hotel! Our room was huge, clean and had a nice comfy bed. All the staff we talked to were all very helpful and made us feel welcome. The valet guys gave us recommendations for dinner options and also places to get good beignets. We left our car in the valet parking lot while we were on our cruise and used the free shuttle to the port and back. Overall very nice stay at the Hampton and we would definitely stay here again.

I love the Valet parking staff, the Breakfast bar. The didn't have comfortable chair or a single couch to sit available...you had to sit on the bed to sit up to do something your need to do.

This will be the hotel I come to each time I travel to New Orleans! The breakfast was amazing , the room was outstanding. The staff was so helpful and friendly it made me feel right at home 😌 will travel again.
