This is a real solid hotel. Every time I come for a visit I stay here. The hotel is in a decent area, it’s clean and affordable. I am about to book again for my upcoming trip in November.

Elevator was feeling jerky when we used it once then it went out of order. Propert seemed old, run down, and musty. Pool water was green. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good.

The staff were all respectful and very helpful. The room itself was nice and spacious. The king size bed was pretty uncomfortable and I would recommend bringing your own pillows because the pillows provided were deflated, but 5 or 6 were provided for the one bed to compensate. The shower has a few chips, but it was clean. My only true complaint was with the elevator. It was absolutely TERRIFYING. It was small, in poor condition, and made very unsettling sounds and jolts every trip.

Everyday i asked for towels and wash cloths and could never get any. That’s very annoying.

The area wasn’t bad and we were near by the dollar tree. The breakfast had a lot of good options and the staff was friendly. The pool was disgusting even though they said it was open. We only got this hotel because of the pool and couldn’t even use it. There was mold in the ice bucket, our cups smelled like a dumpster, there were people Above us running and jumping all throughout the night, our refrigerator and room phone didn’t work at all which was inconvenient.

The elevator was broken but thankfully to the amazing staff she upgraded my room at no cost due to the inconvenience

We got bit by bed bugs

The staff were very kind and attentive. The room was decent enough, and the bed was comfortable. The elevator was down, and we weren’t notified until we arrived. The pool was “closed for maintenance”, and a spider was in the bed…

I love this hotel very clean and breakfast was amazing

Very disappointed with the hotel amenities and with hotels.com for allowing a hotel with a broke elevator and a pool that looks like it hasn’t worked in months to accept reservations without disclosing such facts. I feel like I way over paid. My son and I were looking forward to the pool after an 8 hour drive but no such luck. I think next time I need to make a hotel reservation I will do it with a different website.

Comfort at Comfort Inn and breakfast. Spent two nights. Ideal on West Side of NOLA. Safe and quiet. Will stay again if opportunity presents
