Best Western Plus St. Christopher Hotel

Everything was almost a full 4 to 5 stars. I talked to manager about if the option to late check out was available, he asked what time I needed and said no worries “I got you and your friends room covered, no fee, normally there is a $50 fee” he said she notated both room accounts and we could stay until 1pm. Well next morning we are getting knocks asking are we checking out. I explained the manager said we were okay to stay until 1pm. Well staff at door said no that’s not true check with front desk. Front desk knew nothing of it. So we tried packing up and getting out as fast as possible now that this information was not true nor communicated. Talked to front desk upon checking out and she said she’s sure he would just refund/credit back the now $50 hold they kept for checking out late. And that the manager would call that evening. Friend called no manager answered, staff said he would call. No return phone calls no return money. Called customer service, they said they would document and have manager call. Still nothing. I have been gone almost 4 days and no return call, no returned fee.

Room was dirty, nothing worked. Staff was rude and condescending.

Water was warm or hot. No cold water. Shower tub was really old looking. Towels had hair on them from the first day. Breakfast was disorganized and lacking and not as described in the description.

Good location. The breakfast was ok and cleaning room service everyday. Cons: The shower didn't worked for a hole day, and my room's window was too close to an outside lamp.

Small full size beds room are better with only 2 people

The hotel was beautiful but we didn’t have hot water for the majority of our stay and the hotel staff just kept giving us excuses about why there was no hot water. They also told us they would give a discount at the end of the stay and that turned out to be a complete lie. Every time my aunt went to the front desk the staff was in the back office or completely ignored her. And finally there were some weird white rocks left on the bed the second night of our four night stay. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel despite it having a great location.

The toilet was not functioning properly during our stay. It would barely flush liquid waste, and even a small amount of toilet paper would cause it not to flush. A maintenance technician came to our room around 10:00 p.m. and snaked the toilet, which temporarily cleared the blockage, but it did not resolve the underlying problem. For the remainder of our stay, we were unable to use the toilet for normal purposes. This was very inconvenient, although thankfully we were only staying for one night.

Our 4 day stay was very relaxing and our bed was the bomb! Incredible water pressure (8th floor) and small fridge helped to keep my wife’s medicine cold. The daily breakfast was very good and they even had a pancake machine.

Everything was perfect except the morning front desk lady, however the night front desk guy was great!

The staff was amazing. The property was impeccably clean. Cute decor and curb side appeal. The paid parking is horrendous. The first parking hole we were assigned the vehicle fit into the space but i could not get out which meant the avalanche we were next to could not get in. We had to call and ask for another spot. We drove around 15 minutes trying to find a place to park to check in bc the 2 parking spots were taken.

THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT! NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM. SOAP TOO SMALL. TV WAS SEMI- INOPERABLE

The location was in walking distance of everything. The beds were very uncomfortable and wasn’t the size I expected.

Excellent , Rooms and Location. My only complaint is that the AC is too loud.

There are no microwaves or fridge in rooms. The breakfast is 2/10. Pancakes come out white and options are bland. I had to have wristbands just to get in the hotel . The water went out for an hour and the front desk was rude to me when I asked about when it was coming back on. the room was clean and the location was convenient. Only good thing.
