Location . Convenient parking . Nice reception area. Some quick breakfast option . Clean rooms There was no note about not doing the rooms unless called a day before . No towel change unless called .

The coffee maker in room did not have a coffee pouch holder. No in-room microwave oven was provided.

Friendly staff, room is very clean and location is good to the train staion and Yale campus. Morning coffee is free which is very nice and convenient for customers. Customers can do laundry juat at 7 floor that's so thoughtful ! No Everything is so good in NH Hotel.

Very nice and welcoming hotel. Understands and accommodating for our move-in day at college. Will be returning for Parent weekend.

The $25 parking fee (with in and out privileges) seemed a bit steep. You could stay in the same parking house for $22+tax if you didn’t need to leave. The hair dryer in the room was not in a good state (smelled burnt straight away) - but I forgot to follow that up. All in all a good place for a stopover in New Haven!

I like that they have tea/coffee corner and coffee maker. It’s also very useful that they provide an iron and an ironing board. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had so much hair that wasn’t cleaned after the previous guest. Absolutely disgusting.
