Well presented and clean Location wasn’t great as too noisy. Many porters carried out my luggage which was unnecessary.

The facility is quite ok and new. The hotel staff is poorly trained and generally unprofessional. Would not stay there again. Location is also not great.

Clean rooms, good in-room facilities, good breakfast in a perfect location Though room was clean during check-in, subsequently it was not cleaned properly when we continued our stay for subsequent days. Wash basin was blocked for 2 out of 3 days we stayed. Temporary solution given but root cause not found and fixed. We were asked to change rooms every day though we booked for consecutive days in one booking. We had a big argument on this. Deluxe room was sold as Signature room. The Front Desk Manager (Mr.Santhosh) has asked for cancelling the booking made through booking.com and book directly with them which I refused. Change of attitude by the room service/restaurant staff (tall guy) when they're not adequately tipped. Good property but some staff are mismanaging it to bring bad reputation.

When we asked to move rooms because of the bed bugs they gave us a new room. There was BED BUGS!!! Also the breakfast was very limited options. Not value for your money at all! Very disappointing.

I had an excellent stay at the East Park Inn. I was traveling alone in India for the first time and the staff were very thoughtful and attentive in helping me discover Delhi. The hotel is also very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel restaurant is also very good. I highly recommend it!

The 24 hour kitchen was so wonderful as I arrived very early in the morning and the food was absolutely incredible! I felt like I had all the space I needed. The space was so clean. Everything was accommodated for :)

customer service poor, staff rude. didn't care about making us feel comfortable. didn't clean room. over charged at dinner time. booked 2 rooms again for 1 night on return joinery but they messed up so four of us had to share 1 room. 2 on bed, 1 on sofa bed and I had to sleep on the floor. taxi service from hotel over priced and gave bad advice. it was a total disaster. would not recommend. bathroom too small and not very clean. NOT LIKE PICTURES. Everything, asked for toast abd received a sandwich. insects on bathroom floor
