Toilet seat was broken, baseboard molding in bath wasn't attached, no kleenex in bath, in room coffee pot had mold in water reservoir, second floor hallway had strong foul odor, bed linens had strong bleach smell. Pop spill covered entire floor of only elevator - they put a "caution wet floor" sign down. Still not cleaned up 6 hours later. Sunday morning breakfast was waffles, uncooked sausage links, cold cereal, yogurt, watered down OJ and coffee (coffee was good!).

This hotel is full of mold. I am sick now. They dont give refund or a free room.

My bathroom literally had no mirror. The shower was dirty. The paint was chipped throughout the room. Air conditioner leaked onto the floor

The beds are super comfy! This property is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The pool was refreshing and clean. I'll stay here again when I'm in the area.

The drywall was chipping beneath the air conditioner. There were chips of paint off walls, the vacuum had not been used along baseboards in months perhaps!? There was no fan in bathrm, the smoke alarm was hanging/dangling from the ceiling. The elevator did not work. We pressed button a dozen times and then used the stairs, leaving our belongings on 2nd floor. The desk person got it to open on 1st floor and waved me in. I kindly told him I wasn't going on that elevator. He went up and brought our things down. Then he told me to wait and off he went.

The water temperature in the shower was impossible to regulate. The linens felt itchy and rough. The pool water looked murky. My wife woke up with bite marks in the back of her legs.

We enjoyed staying here. It is extremely dated and not so nice BUT the rooms are big so that’s nice. The front desk person was LESS than helpful, borderline rude and there is no one there at checkout either. The location to New Buffalo Beach is definitely the biggest plus here.

I picked this hotel for the pool and we weren't disappointed. Best pool I have had in a hotel on Lake Michigan, by far. Rooms were nice. The whole town stops serving food at like 9 so be careful, but that isn't the hotel's fault.

Don’t ever come here my girlfriend got eaten alive by ticks will post pictures soon hopefully I can get a refund because this is beyond disgusting and unacceptable..she will have to visit the hospital to get tested for disease ..I honestly would not recommend to stay here
