Terrible service. I requested clean towels from the lady in the office because I realized my room hadn't been serviced, and she refused to provide them. I asked for Lysol because the damp smell was too strong, and she refused to give me that as well. I spent two days there on a supposed vacation with my husband, having to use the same towel for two days. TERRIBLE SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The room was clean. Very little outside noise. The breakfast was okay however other hotels offer more. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only real complaint was the bed. The wife and I did not sleep well. Both of us had back aches.

Location It didn’t smell good anywhere. The bed was hard. The ac did not cool well, no matter the temp we put it on.

Clean room and clean pool area. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Can never complain about this hotel. Told the staff on checking out see you in 2 months.

For 225$ I expected more. The spa jacuzzi didn't work, the vending machine was out of order. And the room old and outdated it looked dirty. I was to tired to complain, I left soon as I got up and 8 in the morning.

Unlike the other reviews, I was pleased with the breakfast. The price was also great. I did not like the bed. It seemed like we were on the oldest mattresses in the country. You could literally hear the springs.

Love the way the room was set up and the bed was really comfortable and the blackout curtains came in handy after our travels. All around great experience The only downside was that the hot tub was not working at the time and I was really looking forward to that.

The room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. The rooms smelled and the TV would not work correctly. We did let the staff know.

We booked this hotel really hoping to enjoy the wonderful pool prominently featured on the website. To our dismay, the pool was filthy as was the green hotub. I used the net to scoop out leaves and lots of live bugs. Our room was clean but had a very noticeable sway in the mattress and the hallways and room had a musty smell. Breakfast was typical for a hotel.

It was a great clean place with helpful staff.

Sauna was dirty and breakfast offered not so good. But comfy beds and clean . Nice towels !!!

Super clean and close to schliterbahn/the river with no traffic The hot tub wasn’t working

Stayed for a quick two night trip to float the river. Our room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it was right outside our window. Looked very clean and lit up nicely in the evening. Shower pressure was good. Front desk was friendly and fast checking us in at 1am. Would stay again.

The bed was comfortable. The juice tasted bad at the breakfast. The cereal tasted bland. The coffee did not taste good. Pool needed attention. Hot tub was green. Toilet in the room didn't work. Rather than fix, they moved me to another room. I had to repack my suitcase. Was not told what the wifi password was.

Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent and went above and beyond, offering extra waters and making sure we were taken care of. Great value. Recommended highly.
