The location is perfect for anyone with a flight to catch. The vibe in the lobby and the room is elegant and peaceful. The shower is pretty good. The buffet dinner my husband had was outrageously expensive. The à la carte meal I ordered was very tasty but it took them literally an hour to get it to me.

Great staff - went above and beyond to help us with things we needed to get done. Great rooms and amazing food via room service. We had a fish curry dish that was spectacular. Shower was beautiful and water pressure/temperature just perfect. We needed to do laundry before departing for our flight and they were able to deliver it overnight at short notice. Location is super close to the airport - made it less stressful to catch our very early morning flight. Nothing, all was great. I would stay here again if I needed to be near the airport.

Amazing food and courteous staff. It was a hop over for us for the night before heading to Kumarakom and the whole experience was simply awesome. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Nothing I can think of

Staff are very warm and approachable We were so honoured for all of it. Repairs and cleaning people were quite disturbed during our daytime on the roof pool all day. We had to move our privacy to ourselves

While booking the hotel it is agreed that airport drop pick by hotel. They didn’t arrange pick up. Hotel changed me the money with out providing the service and even not apologized. Pathetic!

The floor wasn’t clean something was sticky on the floor and worn not worth the money, we could have booked for 1000 rupees better room. We thought as five start we shouldn’t had to face these negatives The room was like for one person, we booked for a family, the toothbrush and other toiletries were all single. The shower head came off around 11 and it took around one hour to finally sort it we were very sleepy and wanted to take shower

Managed to forget my phone at checkout. it was 1:30am, i was already on the way to the airport on the shuttle. It was no trouble for the staff to turn around and allow me to go and get it.
