Breakfast was quite good both in taste and variety. The facility is in a definite need for a complete refurbishment. Room was damaged with the bathroom needing special attention.Lots of broken bits both inside and outside. Staff was helpul in solving but clearly need need a bit more training on customer service.

the room was very clean and very spacious. the food options for breakfast were great! and delicious. you could also eat dinner at the hotel, they had many options to choose from and they were very tasty. nothing

The decor was well done. The location was near the venue i was interested in. The maintenance is poor. They do not put effort in maintaining cleanliness. Despite informing them that I will arrive late, the bathroom was not clean on arrival (they had a whole day to clean it but...not done). Morning buffet - the fresh fruit and salad table had many fruit flies around it. There was not sufficient staff around to help with guest requests.

Great Place with amazing and genuine staff, at a reasonable price. The hotel staff also helped me book an uber and since I checked out in a rush, they also offered to pack my breakfast for me. This is my go to place if I ever go to mumbai again

NOTHING TO SAY GOOD THERE WAS NOTHING GOOD HAPPENING BOOKED FOR MDOUBLE OCCUPANCY HOWEVER THE SAME WAS ALSO INFORMED AT FRONTDESK AND REQUESTED FOR DENTAL KIT IT WAS DELIVERED AFTER 45 MINS. TOWELS WERE STAINED HAND TOWEL WAS ALSO NOT THERE.

Staff was very friendly, food for breakfast was good, we mostly ate in the hotel so I would say food was good. It was a good size room was happy with the size of the rooms. Overall for the price we paid it was not bad. Well for the starters the roo.a were not ready when we got there, there were no towels no dental kit basically nothing in the bathroom we had to ask for everything and even when they clean they don't replenish the things we had to ask for fresh towels. The bed sheets had holes for the price we paid I was expecting little bit better quality in the room, other then the room rest of our experience was not bad at the hotel.

The most important thing is comunication,The intercom was out of order,even after repeated reminders no one from hotel attended the problem.It was horrible experience.I will never stay in this property again. The room was not clean,The intercom was out of order,staff was not cooperative,Even they charged more.
