After opting breakfast plan for myself n & my 12yr son and paying close to 300 rupees extra, they gave 2 quantity of 40-50 rs worth Egg Sw. If extra quantity asked considering big money paid, they refused to offer and harassed us badly citing they can't lose money for us strangers. They did not even offer mandatory water bottle for room and charged 25/bottle (4nos) and we paid after they demanded and disrespected us at the end of checkout. Hotel reception person was humiliating us in a bad tone during checkout with money issues. The bed pillow cover was not washed, under the cot was filthy in dust, no mosquito repellent in non AC room, damaged TV with no many channels, received water mug, soaps n small n very old towels on our demand. Hotel staff asking us to cancel online booking and do a direct booking with them. Our ordered Lunch food through them came without bill and I had to pay what they claim along with Tips. Reception person in bad tone argued that we dint mention in online about Brkfst items or qty and also No drinking water supply too. When I said that my feedback will be bad, they did not even bother at all for negativity

I had made a booking at City Hotel. When I actually went to the hotel, they put me in the Apple Hotel next door. I was told that the room was full.Due to some reasons, I had to stay in the same hotel for a long time. The rooms were very dirty.I have this question: should I book from your booking site next time? They show one thing and do another. This is what is happening.

Nothing's in hotel like me The bathroom door was broken, the fan was on instead of the AC, the staff thought they were Ambani's, the phone in the room was just for show when in reality it was switched off, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was also switched off, it is a number one dirty hotel.
