I won’t stay here ever again.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. The first room had bedbugs, and roaches, the ac is horrible, and the wifi didnt work. There were roaches coming out of the sink, fridge and under the bed. The second room had the exact same issues minus the bed bugs. I asked for a refund, and they refused. They then tried to scare me into not speaking with Expedia staff, by asking me if I contacted them. Of course I did but that is none of their business. Also the deposit was $100 for a week. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AS POSSIBLE!

Dirty no ac

I had to change rooms because there were roaches and bugs on the bed and crawling on me. I was moved to a better room. In the morning the cleaning staff opened the room before checkout while I was naked and when I complained to the front desk they dismissed me.

It was dirty mildew and mold all in the shower dirty AC vents dirty bed sheets covered in what looked like piss and definitely blood. Roaches and bed bugs in the room I was in, dried blood and other fluids on the couch. Then they had the nerve to say they would have to investigate before I could get a refund because it could be AI 😐.

Air conditioning barely worked room stayed about 10-15 degrees cooler than outside, mold all over the bathroom

Go somewhere run away. Go to the hotel around the corner

Tv didn't work. So silence for the whole stay. :-(

The hotel is decieving. Pictures look nothing like real life. There is bulletproof glass at the help desk, and the woman there had gloves on the entire time. Even when I returned to the office to return our keys only an hour or two after check in. The front looks okay, but most guest stay in the back. Parking is far from the rooms. When we located our room, water was seeping up from under the floor, chair was falling apart underneath. The bathroom door was disgusting, but the ceiling was even worse. Mold, peeling. Stuff horror films are made of! Thankfully no bugs that we saw. The wax ring on the toilet must have been bad so the smell of sewer was overwhelming. We stayed for a small time to allow our cat to use her box, but ultimately ate the cost of the room and left around 10pm after seeing all kinds of characters around their rooms including a lovely "working woman" wandering around. It was time to GO. When I returned to the office, the same woman came out of nowhere with the same gloves on to unlock the office. Save your money, go somewhere else. Never ran away from a stay so fast!

Very poor condition of entire building and minimal maintenance. Our shower had a hole through the shower tile into the wall between the studs as an example. The rooms are hammered. The air conditioning did work and so did the plumbing but that was the highlight. Very low end facilities and everything that goes along with that.

Dirty, covered in mold, and the AC did not work. Do not stay here.

The room that was assigned to me had roaches and the restroom was filthy. Beware of the No Refund policy because as soon as you walk into the room you will understand why this policy exists. You will absolutely want a refund. Please spend the extra money for quality.

There must be an investigation opened immediately. I know for a fact they’re paying people off to stay open!

Bugs ac making grinding noise not usable barely any cooling ......

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no attempt to clean the room between guests. A bellybutton ring in the middle of the floor, mold covering the bathroom tile grout, dirt caked on the light switches and lamps, very sticky floors, bugs, and visible dirt and crumbs in the bedding with a spot that looked like urine on the sheets. This place should absolutely be shut down and I would literally rather sleep outside than in this room.

There was no ice machines working
