Facilities and staff were excellent While many may say the location is great it seemed like a seedy part of town to us.The parking was horrible and to use the parking at the motel was $65 for less than 24 hours.

The shuttle to Broadway was amazing. Breakfast

Liked the room breakfast Room wasn't ready for 2 hrs past check-in

Very nice hotel! Comfortable and beautiful rooms. Very nice breakfast in the mornings and beautiful outside pool! My man and I came to stay at this hotel for a concert downtown Bridgestone arena. They did provide shuttle service but just didn't know when it will arrive so we took a Uber. One thing I didn't like was the parking arrangement.

The room was quite spacious. The location was reasonably good and in a safe area. The beds and furniture were quite nice. The climate control was good for the room. The WiFi was very fast. The housekeeping service was attentive and efficient. The parking charges were high,. We rode a motorcycle, so no attendant could perform valet. The manager listened to our concerns and resolved the issue to our satisfaction.

Exceptional

The breakfast The very rude staff, a LOT of hidden fees that you have to pay after you already paid for your room!!

We were in town for the brain surgery of a family member. The hospital was not as close to us as advertised. This was a very serious surgery so we did not make it to the hotel until 7ish on August 20th. There was no parking so we pulled into a small lot on the side to go in & speak to the front desk. Then a valet came up and said if the front desk was busy & we were more than 20 minutes that there would be a $50 fine. The parking attendant then said it was $59 to park & $47 to park the next day. We honestly just cancelled both nights because of the parking situation & it was the last thing we needed to deal with.

The room, esp. the large spacious shower was amazing, and the fitness center was almost a full gym, very clean and well kept! Didn't experience the pool..water was a little murky but saw other people enjoying it. Overall, a very good value for the money and would definitely stay there again!

The breakfast was good the first morning, but the second morning half of the food was not being restocked by 7:30 so my options were very very limited. The receptionist called before check in time and told us we have to arrive in the next 30 mins (2:30pm) or they will cancel our reservation. So we had to hurry through Nashville traffic to get a new card on file. She was very rude and pushy over the phone. I did not like feeling threatened that our room was gonna be gone before we even got to check in time. How are you going to call me an hour before check in and tell me I have 30 mins to give a credit card or my room will be gone. That’s scary after driving over 2 hours from home. Will not stay again at this location.

Breakfast was good. Hotel room was very spacious. Friendly staff upon check in and throughout our stay. I loved that the hotel had live music. It was unfortunate that there was no free parking that comes with the hotel property. I understand paying to park but it seems crazy that the hotel charges more for parking than the scan to pay empty parking lot direct in front of the hotel. This was a little upsetting. However, you pay to park everywhere in Nashville so this did not inflict the trip much.

Very good

Great location, convenient to Vanderbilt, modern and very clean. Read the fine print on parking, $54/day. Public garage easily accessible as alternative, also uncovered lot about a block away available through SpotHero. More secure than most hotels as room key controls elevator and permits guest access only to the floor their room is on.
