lets start with breakfast, this one sucks, next the room, carpets were wet, didnt smell but definitely damp, no trash can? come on! pillows are damped like they didnt bother to put it on a dryer after they washed it. anyway place is safe and staff helped us get in although our flight was delayed.

Ranchero Mexicano music blared from a pickup as workers stoid around discussing their day, in the rain. About over a dozen work trucks dotted the nearly full parking lot. It was safe. The price was about $140 for a Wednesday night. The room we were in, was 30 years old & meeds renovation. It was clean. However some odor came from the carpet. TV was good. We stayed in since it rained all night. I loved the coffee & grab n go breakfast items. Check-in was very good but I overheard a company worker having key issues.

This experience was awful!!! I will never stay there again and I’m not sure if I will book through Hotel.com again. There were bugs in the room.! the toilet was leaking!! it was noisy outside my door with people hanging around and making lots of noise at all hours of the night!!! and the staff was very rude when I asked for towels!!

Real close to everything I had to clean my room before i used the drawers, i wouldn’t use the microwave and stove because of how dirty they were, the carpet was so dirty i had white socks walking around and they are no longer white so i bought slippers to wear around just disappointed.

The room was not as advertised. Air conditioner was broken, kitchenette plumbing was exposed & the overall environment was not inviting.

We arrived late after a long drive and no staff were present in the office to help us check in. We used the phone provided outside the office to call for help and we could hear it ringing inside. Nobody ever answered or helped us so we had to go to a different hotel.

N/a Room was disgusting. A layer of dust. You can see where the control was sitting. Carpet Floor wet to the touch - was not vacuumed. Sofa had construction dust. Tub had construction dust and debris. Property said it’s non smoking but lobby smelled of smoke. As well as stairway had smoking approval. Mirror had tooth paste. Bathroom skin had make up. Sheets had stains

Close to the mall! Quiet. Clean

People out in the parking lot smoking marijuana and people out walking all the the parking lot and hanging around their vehicles. Hard time finding room. My wife and I DID NOT feel safe. Will not recommend

It was safe. The floors were sticky and carpet was dirty. Everything else was clean will definitely stay again.
