Crowne Plaza Nashville Airport by IHG

No hot water in the room 510. Horrible breakfast on Sunday. Practically only coffee on Monday. Finally airport shuttle worked on Monday. According to staff , the property is under remodeling. I can not claim staff.According to staff, Kitchen is not in working order. Elevator smells! For the first time in my travels for 40 plus years, worst stay at Crow plaza Hotel! Overall this property should be only Holiday Express! I like my two nights rent back

It said airport shuttle. Not all the time. They asked me what time I said 4:30 a.m. they said okay they scheduled it. When I went down in the morning the front desk said no there's no shuttle I don't know why they scheduled it for you. That's my only complaint

I got there after full payment online for the person at the front desk to tell me that they were over booked and did not have any rooms available. They just canceled my reservation and now I’m fighting to get my refund for the FULL PAYMENT I made online the day before!!

Very clean room, quiet and had everything we need it.

It was nice & clean. All the staff was very polite great customer service skills. You know that means a lot to the customers. Also, the parking was super.

The property was cleaned and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, especially Oakland! She was absolutely amazing with accommodating my needs, not to mention she was personable, informative, and friendly! I would definitely return!

When coming into the hotel plenty of places to sit relax read a paper wait for people. The only reason we did not give it an excellent is due to the breakfast. It was supposed to be till 10 am. By 9:10 AM 95% of the food was gone and what was there had been there obviously for quite some time. We did ask the girl who was sitting at the bar just staring at her phone if they would be bringing out any more food & she said no this is it & never even looked up off her phone that turned me off right away that to me was not professional & not how you treat someone who is a guest at the hotel or let alone anyone.
