Best Western Suites Near Opryland

The room was great and clean. Comfy bed. The shower head was pretty awful but still did the job. There were mounts on the side of the tub that would have at one point been for large shampoo and conditioner bottles, but they have moved away from the bottles that fit in the mounts and just had bottles sitting on the shelves. So the mounts were useless and just in the way. I bumped my elbow on them multiple times. The toilet also flushed really loudly, like a loud clunking.

Our stay was for a couple of days in Nashville which included the Opry, the hotel is close to the Opry but still a drive or short Uber away. Room was large and comfortable with fridge and microwave but no coffee machine, however coffee was available at all times in the lobby. They do have a shuttle into the city which is reasonably priced, we opted for an uber due to it being more convenient for the size of our party. There is also an outdoor pool which we used, it was later in the day due to there being no shade and it was a particularly hot day. Breakfast was good and the area well kept with the lady looking after the area very friendly and helpful. There are also a few restaurants close by. Well worth considering particularly for an Opry visit.

The staff is very friendly. We were disappointed that the floors in the halls were dirty and it had a stale smell. The walls were really thin and we could hear people in the hallway, talking outside (we were on the 3rd floor), the person next to us toilet flushing and water from the shower. The breakfast was okay.

The night staff was very friendly and helpful. When checking out was very easy, the staff was friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was good and the last who runs it was so nice! Rooms was clean. Would stay here again

Clean room in close proximity to Opry Mills mall and the Grand Ole Opry.

This was okay for a short stay. Our room was very warm despite the air conditioner being set to 60, and the fan running constantly. The bathroom was narrow to the point of not being able to open the door while standing in front of the sink. With no fan in the bathroom, and the room being so hot, it was miserable trying to get ready when you can't keep the bathroom door open. Would not stay here again.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. They were very bad at assisting me in getting back my original Samsung charger. The staff at the front desk kept giving me excuses instead of being proactive. This aspect of my stay was distasteful. The breakfast was limited, but okay, my only exception was the eggs. They were fried very liquid like. The room smelled old but it was comfortable. The phones wasn't working. So in trying to get on to the front desk I had to leave the room frequently.

Great Location, Beautiful Hotel, very clean. Staff was unbelievably awesome. Would have given more stars for them if I could have.

This property was not as it was described. Looked nothing like the pictures inside. The carpet was disgusting. We checked in and right back out.......... didn't stay there and they won't let us have a refund through the insurance either . Def was not staying there.

The room was very clean and very quiet for the area. The breakfast was awesome and the woman maintaining the breakfast bar was the nicest person I have ever seen at a hotel. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom commode was too low to floor for older people. I will definitely stay there again when in Nashville.

Best Western was good. Every time my family and I visit Nashville, we always stay there.

Spent two days there in Nashville the beds was mediocre the lamp wasn't working right. We didn't understand how the air conditioning system worked. Breakfast was okay your typical hotel breakfast. Location was really good it was really close to opryland Mall . No real restaurants was around outside of the waffle House really
