The facility is in Santa Lucia district, a very safe and elite one. The guest house is really nice, the breakfast lady was super friendly, lovely and responsive. Thank you.

For 1 night it was good place to stay. Good breakfast. Easy access with remote code. Elevator was a little scary. Bathroom towels needed to be refreshed. A little hard to find. Its located in an “office”building. It is half of 1 floor.

Excellent location. Really friendly staff and cute lounge area to work. Fast wifi, comfortable rooms, easy to get around.

I was impressed that the staff was able to manage my gluten free diet. They even brought me a gluten free croissant. The staff was very helpful with our taxi booking. Interior of hotel is very nice and clean. We don’t like that we need to use a lot a codes to enter building, hotel and our room. You need to have all the time mobile with you. And to be careful what numbers you press. Only this thing bothers us.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The queen bed was very comfortable, but the single bed was more like a sitting sofa and very uncomfortable for sleeping. The single bed needs to be replaced with a real bed.

Our check in attendant was super nice & wrote a list of close good restaurants. Laura served a nutritional, delicious breakfast full of goodies & a chocolate cake. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet for sleeping. A little difficult to find for an American as it is on the 2nd floor of a larger building. You also use public parking which was close by. After you are booked, the staff explains it well.

Room and bathroom was too small for a couple. My sister got a room that was much bigger and she only booked for one person. Breakfast was also very very small, i would suggest that you add a bit more to breakfast and book bigger rooms for couples rather than singles

Excellent location, room is super comfortable, renewed and clean. Service is outstanding: We arrived in Naples before check in time and got easy orientation on how to leave our luggage in the lobby; left before breakfast the 2 morning and they arranged a box of breakfast for us. Bed is great, bathroom amenities smell soo good! Would definitely come back here when in Napoli again! Nothing

Good location and very helpful staff. My bathroom flooded when I took a shower. The water went all the way to the living room. No staff available after breakfast.
