Good, safe location. Extremely helpful and friendly owner. Lucas made sure we had everything we needed and even gave plenty recommendations for things to do in Naples. Comfortable bed and nice mini fridge. Chiaia metro is close by (about 5min walk) but after Lucas' recommendation, we found Piazza Amedeo was an easier option(about 10min walk) . The metro is very hot and waits of about 10-15 mins per train. Piazza Amedeo to Bari Centrale is cheap, takes only about 25mins and is air conditioned.

The location is great. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us with our luggage, showed me the city map and give recommendations where to visit and eat. Also, he drive us to the parking garage and ordered taxi for us to go to the airport. When we needed a hot water boiling kettle, he delivered it immediately. Thanks so much for such awesome hospitality. Nothing. Just a suggestion maybe a couple of drinking glasses or cups would be really nice.

It was the perfect location to explore the sights of Naples, we were safe at the very best district! The area is beautiful, clean and sophisticated. Everything is within walking distance. The accommodation is simple yet charming with the little balcony and great view to the beautiful surrounding buildings. Luca is the very best host, he was very professional, welcoming, flexible and he gave wonderful tips and recommendations. The breakfast at the bar was brilliant, the staff was really hospitable too. We had the time of our lives there!

I recently stayed at B&B Filangieri and had a truly wonderful experience. The location in Chiaia (Via Filangieri) is absolutely unbeatable, just moments from Piazza Plebiscito, the seafront, boutique shopping. It’s central, vibrant, and I always felt safe. My room was spacious, spotless, and decorated with care. A highlight was the host, Luca. He was welcoming, responsive via WhatsApp, and so helpful, with recommendations and tips for Naples. Each morning breakfast was served just downstairs at Caffè Cimmino, where the coffee and pastries were so good. It was great!

We had a truly wonderful stay here! The host was exceptionally kind, warm, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome and at home. He went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed from local recommendations and transportation advice to even offering us an extra room for free to make our stay more comfortable. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable, we slept so well! Everything was perfect, and it made our trip to Naples even more special. Extremely Good service Nothing. However, do not expect a full breakfast, it is something to drink and a croissant. Worked perfectly for us as a to go, but good to know.

Very nice accommodation, impeccable clean and the bed was very comfortable. Amazing location, right where all the restaurants, cafes and shopping is. The host Luca is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended. I’ll stay there again once back to Napoli.

My room was spacious and nicely decorated. A balcony on the famous Bar Cimmino where you have breakfast with a bonus from B&B Filangieri. Location is super central, you can walk everywhere for shopping, to the sea front, to the Villa Comunale, Mergellina, castles…restaurants, antiques, anything you want. Food in Naples is exquisite. Luca is a fantastic host, he helps in every way possible. I will definitely go there again. Thank you Luca! Greetings Valeria
