Naples is a beautiful place with great restaurants. We did a boat trip and saw dolphins and manatees which I would thoroughly recommend,

The on-site restaurants and bars were equally impressive, offering excellent food, a wonderful atmosphere, and consistently exceptional service. For anyone looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and a fresh, modern feel, this is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. The only downside to our trip to Naples this year was the mosquitoes. They were extremely annoying and seemed to be everywhere—by the pool, room at the beach, and even around the city.

Restaurants close at 9pm Beach service stops at 4pm No chairs or service to view sunset Overall very crowded Not good for romantic getaway Kids running in the halls screaming at 730am Overall for a 1000+ a night plus beach fees i would have expected a better experience They sell resort daily passes that bring in alot of non guests Not something i would do again rather stay at a smaller hotel and get away from the kids and the conference wedding crowds.

The place is gorgeous, nice rooms, the included chairs and umbrella at the beach are priceless, the beach service is very good, the beach is clear and warm, the swimming pools are great, they provide as many towels as you want. The food at the restaurant is also great value. The staff is always ready to please you. The sunsets are amazing. The beach service finishes at 6 pm, even when the sunset in summer is around 8 pm. They should keep some service after sunset to provide a better experience to the guests. If you are around the swimming pools and want to get some drinks or food after 6 pm, you will find yourself service-less, all closed between 4:30 and 5 pm. Pools closed at 8 pm.

Beach service, which is outsourced by the hotel, needs some work. Very understaffed. Highly suggest paying for the executive chairs so you get a higher level of service on the beach.

Everything about our experience was a perfect 10 out of 10. But what stood out time after time was every single interaction with any and all staff members. They are professional, friendly, and make you feel like the most important person on the planet. Every single time. I’ve stayed in beautiful hotels all over the world and this one is the best of the best.

Beach service and the restaurant Nolita Check in was caos. We were waiting in line for at least 20 minutes.
