Good value for money Far from the city center, no good transportation options beside very expansive taxi

It was a little bit farther away from the area of Naples then I wanted to be. Not a lot of options in the area to go to.

Clean, close to airport with shuttle.

Smelled of smoke, in a dirty area without a lot you can get to easily, shower head was dirty, bed was a bit firm for my liking

Location was desolate/industrial.Couldnt walk anywhere or enjoy a view. Breakfast was weak.

The staff (primarily the person at the front desk) was very helpful. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean The location is ok if you have a car, terrible if not. It is essentially inaccessible by public transportation from Naples and the shuttle was not running when I needed to get to the airport. All-in-all it ended up being more expensive than more upscale places due to having to take taxis. I the expense to the hotel and then to the airport was signifanct

Clean, secure, good easy safe parking, reasonable breakfast, close driving distance to airport, comfortable bed and good value. The hotel is in a typical rough looking area, but no different from most of Napoli. The hotel, however, is very nice.

The hotel Cesirija staff Is very attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful in making you feel comfortable. Knowing that we had to be up early Francesco the front desk manager offered to open their breakfast bar earlier than scheduled to meet our needs. Thanks to Francesco's relaxed assurances, I was able to cancel my online, expensive Taxi.com reservation for the hotel's guests taxi service which also cost half as much... Taxi com customer service phone number even connected me to the Philippines, not exactly near Italy As we were very happy guests of Hotel Cesirija, my wife and I will and are planning for another stay at this hotel on our next visit to Italy. Hotel Cesirija could update bathroom fixtures and shower stall for an even more modern look. The shower stall has some corner lower tiles grout blackness indicating old mold growth. There's only one bedside desk lamp, a second one would be more helpful for more than one room guest

Hotel for one night near the airport. The staff was excellent. They have a shuttle to and from the airport. During the night, an alarm from an adjacent parking lot sounded for 30 minutes. Noises from other rooms

The TV didn't have any working channels. The air conditioning was quite loud so we had to switch it off to sleep.

There were not many positives to note. The locked gate to the property and surveillance cameras made us feel safe. We booked this property because of the advertised free shuttle to the airport. This was not provided. I messaged before arrival about some breakfast items (croissant or apple etc) to be provided the night before as we had an early flight and had breakfast included with our stay. Through messaging they told us that this was possible… however, when I inquired at the desk, I was told this was not possible. The elevator was broken and had to take our luggage up two flights of stairs. The room had a bad smell. The mattress was terrible.. springs collapsed and big indent in the mattress. Cigarette burns on the nightstand. The toilet seat was broken, as well it was necessary to hold down the flush button for 30 seconds before the toilet would flush. I would NOT recommend.

It is close to the airport. Very convenient if you just looking for a night stay The hotel is located in an industrial area between garages and other shops certainly not touristic and doesnt feel nice to go outside at night.
