Boutique Hotel Metro 900

The hotel is located in the very convenient location. Train station is next to the hotel. Breakfast is very good, staffs are friendly and room is very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Great location that was close enough to walk to the boardwalk by the sea as well as many restaurants. Breakfast was elaborate & delicious. It was clean & the staff was very pleasant & helpful. It was really safe since we must be buzzed in by the reception & the door was locked at all times. The hotel is conveniently located in the same building as the Metro. We would definitely stay there again & highly recommend.

Our room was very good. Location was a bit off where we always needed to go so taxis cost us quite a bit. Hotel was spotless and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was ok. Hardly any hot food available. Mainly breakfast

We stayed here for a night and found the hotel to be nicely appointed and easy the find. The location is excellent for travelers coming by train. The room was lovely and the bar was very nice. The breakfast had a large selection of food and the staff were all very kind and helpful. I can't think of anything that could have been better.

Good breakfast with a variety of options; comfortable room and vicinity to good restaurants and to the Naples promenade (excellent views to the Bay, Mount Vesuvius and Castel). There is not a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and viceversa.

It was a nice clean property and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was very good. The beds were a little hard for our liking, but roomy and clean.

Safe didn't work and wouldn't be repaired during our stay. I had to carry my belongings around with me. There is no availability of cocktail service in the lounge as advertised, and as we were told. The window view was of an old, dirty, rusted metal roof top. Neighborhood is terrible. This was the worst stay in Europe!

Our recent one-night stay at your hotel, commencing after 8:30 PM due to an unfortunate prior accommodation experience, was exceptionally positive. We were highly impressed with the overall quality of our stay. The breakfast offered a great selection, and the service provided by your staff was consistently attentive. The hotel's location is truly outstanding, offering convenient walking access to the port and a wide array of excellent restaurants and bars. The adjacent metro station is also a significant advantage. We wish to extend a special thank you to the morning reception staff member who was on duty on July 5th. Her service was exemplary and significantly contributed to our positive experience.

Lovely small hotel in great location beside the metro line and short walk to the seafront in Naples. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great Breakfast buffet.

Clean, comfortable with great service

Right next to the metro. Booking.com description says it has Air conditioning, but this is incorrect. We were told that a/c is off for the winter (for April), and only the heater works for the entire hotel. We were only told this after we asked for help in turning it on. While I understand this may be policy, I wouldn’t have booked the hotel if I knew this. It would be helpful if this is made clear from the description. The room was therefore extremely uncomfortable during the night - the temperature was 26C (78.8F) during the night.
