Beautiful view of castle and waterfront. Beautiful newly renovated room. This is a gorgeous 4 star hotel. We had just stayed at several 5 star hotels and so we noticed little things like no expresso maker or steamer in the room. I would still highly recommend staying here.

The friendly staff and beautiful facilities

Breakfast was great but not much of a variety of fresh fruit. Also only thin white bread for toasting. Room and location were fine even if no view. Overall, very satisfied. Answer from above.

Stunning view from the room! All in all beautiful hotel and professional and friendly staff.

Beautiful location, great staff, nice rooms. Not their problem but because of a cycling race we couldn’t be dropped at the hotel directly and need to walk a few miles to get there

Nothing

The staff was rude and not so helpful, the AC was not working properly, overall just found the hotel to not be unkept for the price.

Lovely location with charming decor Terrible “muzak “ in the bar in the evening
-
Its calm area, beautiful view, short walk will lead you to the main tourist area. The breakfast would be better to include more fresh fruits and juices.

Nicely maintained, very clean, and spacious

It is very expensive, especially when the hotel is not that big and does not offer many facilities. The breakfast was very good and high quality, but it could have been a lot more varied and they could have changed the itmes, because it was almost the same everyday.all in all, very nice hotel, but the value for money could have been bettet.

We loved this hotel! The location was amazing, the view was beautiful, and the room was great. Breakfast was delicious, much richer than a typical European breakfast and absolutely worth it during our 3-night stay. The staff parked our car for us, which was convenient, though the cost was a little high. Reception was fine overall, though it was difficult to reach them by phone only one of my seven calls was answered, so I ended up going down to the desk for help. Parking was a bit pricey as well, and it would be nice if the €30 daily fee were included with the room. Other than these small inconveniences, our stay was lovely.

Classic luxury hotel that is slightly dated, but still very nice. Nice size room with quality fixtures. Beautiful breakfast area and nice selection. They prepared a to go breakfast when we told them we had to leave at 3:30AM. Staff every professional and attentive. Great restaurants walking distance. Taxi stand right next to hotel and the staff will get you one instantaneously. They allowed us to check-in at 12 noon which is unusual these days. The city is doing improvements in the area which will be nice when completed. (streets and castle)

I like the whole thing. However note that major construction was going on the road in front of hotel… looks like could last weeks or months See above

2 double beds pushed together to make a king. Crappy.
-
Location, breakfast, staff -Water drained very slowly in both the sink and shower -2 beds were joined together to form a big bed but I kept waking up in the gap between the 2 bed mattresses -piecee or furniture, mirror, light fixtures, floor, bathroom fixtures, desk mat, window frame, and walls looked very old, tired and abused. -price of $400 a night for an old an poorly working room -location is unbeatable, but considering the downsides, I would look for better options.

Beautiful room, very comfortable bed, clean and updated luxury property with excellent seaside location. Excellent location with stunning Vesuvio view, safe area even at night. Delicious breakfast is gorgeous dining room. Pricey but worth the splurge for one night
