Location wonderful. Simple, quiet, comfortable and affordable. Perfect!! Sometimes that's all you need if traveling on a budget. The kind host made a special effort to accommodate my late, unplanned arrival.

Lucia was lovely and very accommodating, giving advice and booking some tours for me. Breakfast pastries and coffee always available and the location was good for walking to shops, castle, palace, port and metro. Main station 3 metro stops away and metro 15 min walk so might be best getting €20 taxi if you have heavy luggage. Although a bit dated, the room was exceptionally clean with a cute little balcony ( not great view). I did enjoy my stay here! Could have a full length mirror. Bed was very firm and the decor could be updated

Lucia was such a blessing! The room was cleaned daily and quite large. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and the water pressure was great. It also seemed like a very safe, secure area of Naples. Right in a downtown shopping center. The wifi was spotty, but that’s it.

It was very central. I love the location easy access to everything. I liked everything about the property just that they were very stingy on the coffee

The place is located perfectly at the beginning of an area full of good restaurants, close to every quarter of the city that are the places to visit (Chiaia, Spanish Quarter, city center Spaccanapoli) and close to the sea shore. All these parts were reachable on foot. Farther places were reachable via public means of transportation. Check in with Alessandro was easy, all info was given to make me feel at home and welcome. Lucia, the owner, was extremely nice, ready to give some hints on how to move around the area and reach the place even before my trip started. The apartment is located in a building in a small street, with barely no traffic and is extremely calm. The room was of decent size and extra clean. Nothing.

Can hardly think of anything. The only good thing is that fairly close to the sea. Location could be better. Bad communication. Staff needs more training, was hard to reach and instruction unclear. First floor, noisy street. First of all, booking info was wrong, where it states that checkin time from 8 but actually not until 13. So we left our bag at 10, but no one was waiting for us, luckily the nice doorman took our luggage, though they were left outdoor at the inner yard. Then we went back to check in before 14 (good thing is that bags were brought inside by then). Secondly the checkin guy was rude and discriminated against race and gender. He opened the door for us unwittingly like we disturbed him. Without checking our passports, he asked about our birthplace first, and then asked me to write down the birth city name (though was we know this info can be found at the passport) Then he asked one passport for registration, and was surprised to see my passport but still asked my husband’s passport instead. Even though the booking was under my name, he still put the primary booking name as my husband’s. Then he did not tell us anything about check out or breakfast or any useful information. Also booking says that cot available but actually not. Though it was one of the reasons for booking. It’s supposed to be a B&B but no breakfast. And second day even coffee was finished but no one filled. The room was dark, toilet not flushing, shower drained slowly, no soundproof whatsoever. Loud noises at night and morning. Daily cleaning but they only took the trash out and made the bed, but did not even vacuum the floor. There was never anyone at all in the lobby. And no instructions were given and no one could be reached. When checkout, we left our room at 9, and left the key in the room like we did in the previous B&B. Could not leave it in the lobby coz there were other guests. Then when we were back at home, finally I got a booking message from B&B (like anyone would check the booking app all the time) accusing me stealing their key.

Perfect location, just near shops and restaurants Nothing

I found the location very convenient for accessing Chiaia and wider Napoli. And the room was really nice and cosy! The staff were so friendly too. I would have liked a wider variety of breakfast options, such as fruit.

Very central location close to the movida Rooms very small, AC not working, in the morning very noisy.

Location was fabulous particularly for the price. Clean and functional rooms. Nothing.

Location is very good I asked the owner whether I could do some smart working after check out in the entrance area (almost always empty) and she denied my request, offering me to pay 40 EUR for a late check out instead.

Greeted by patient, understanding guy at reception. I had one of those terrible everything goes wrong days. He helped make a miserable day have a decent ending. Thank you!

The location is perfect Noisy. The front door slamming shut woke me up several times per night. Street noises and construction noises were loud. Couldn’t store my luggages after check out.

Late check in was also not a problem, I got very detailed instructions. Electical sockets were a bit wobbly, but no incidents happened.

The location is excellent because it is between the seafront and the historical center. The room I stayed in is quiet and comfortable. The staff is kind and available for any issue. Definitely recommended!

Great price. I had never been to Naples, and was very happy to realize that the location is perfect, very close to the sea and right in the stunning Chiaia neighborhood. Cristian, the owner, is very nice.
