The Landmark Suites Westlands, Nairobi- Next to Westgate Mall

Welcome at reception by Babel. Issues and issues: Sink clogging, TV issue, window issue, noise disrupting sleep daily, unresponsive housekeeping and lack of supplies and shortcuts like spreading bed instead of changing bedding. Poor communication: Got locked out of room despite having paid and told stay was extended. Surprise allegation of dinner bill at end of 9 days total stay yet never once ate there. Utterly disappointed. Worst experience ever after years coming as a guest. What happened to Landmark? Sad state!

Breakfast was perfect! The staff was also amazing! The room was big, which was amazing. The room was older than I had anticipated.

Location and cleanliness of room Breakfast choice of food was below average . The chef did not know how to cook masala omelette , also the chicken sausage was really bad uncooked . So really could not enjoy the breakfast . Other hotels in Westland area are far far better in terms of food quality .

location is the only thing for which could give a "GOOD" rating . everything else is a let down and downright disaster the broken windows of an Air conditioned room. i changed my room 2 times because of this both times got a A/C romm with broken windows. the unchanged linens - my bed had lady hairs on it . - leaky showers - no pressure POOR WIFI - if you are here for business - be assured you will spend from your own pocket for internet because the hotel wifi is not functional. worst is nobody bothers to even rectify this, slow catering - breakfast took over 45 mins for a simple omlette and toast for dinner - the staff got my order wrong. i was charged 90 USD a night for above - via booking.com shame and cant even ask for a refund .

The location is close to westgate mall on a nice road full of trees and street lights. The General Manager ( Mr Lakshmi Prasad ) is professional and shows high level of customer service and satisfaction. All Receptionists ( especially Sharon ) are very welcoming and friendly. House keeping staff ( especially Alex ) do their job happily . The staff has always a smile on their face that makes you feel you are at home. Nothing…everything was great

Big rooms! you arw just by 2 big malls beside you,,

The bed was big and comfortable however the sheets are a bit itchy. It was big for one person so I quite enjoyed it. There were steps leading up to the elevator which is a bit of a hassle if you have heavy luggage in tow. Also, I had a hard time figuring out how to change the channels on the TV. The neighborhood outside had construction on-going which contributes to the noise.

The room was clean, very spacious and modern. Breakfast is a bit limited.

Excellent property, comfortable and spacious We appreciated the quality of the property itself, but we encountered a few service-related issues that impacted our overall experience: The washing machine in our apartment leaked during use, causing flooding in the space. Although cleaning staff came to address the water, no attempt was made to repair the machine or offer a replacement. Instead, we were advised not to use it again. Breakfast was included in our booking, but the experience was disappointing. On the first day, although breakfast was advertised as starting at 7:00 a.m., it was not ready until around 7:30. On the second day, we arrived at 8:00 a.m., but all the food was cold. After that, we chose not to return for breakfast. We shared our concerns with staff, who mentioned they would inform the manager, but we never received any follow-up or response from management. We had also arranged an airport transfer upon arrival, but no one showed up to meet us. Despite being told the driver was present, we were unable to locate anyone. In summary, while the property itself was impressive, we believe the service and management responsiveness need significant improvement.
