As a result, I was left waiting in the lobby for approximately 30 minutes while the matter was being investigated. Eventually, it was confirmed that my statement was correct and that no minibar consumption had occurred. However, I was then handed my room key without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.

large room and big window letting natural light in. The bed was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and pleasant. Will definitely book there again.

Amazing Location Everything was just perfect

Location Staff not very welcoming compared to other hotels

I stay there 3days but my room was cleaned only one day

We enjoyed the spread and quality of the breakfast which was served in a very nice room, the spacious rooms that were very clean, the comfortable beds, the nice shower and water pressure, as well as the large, well-equipped and clean gym. Also enjoyed the curry dish served to the room. The phone and TV did not work initially, and one reception staff didn't care for, whereas a second, different person I spoke to took immediate action and it was fixed by a super friendly janitor. The view of our room was not great (parking/delivery area) and the reception look and vibe could do with a bit of an upgrade - including the 'shop' which is just a glass display cabinet where too many products seem to have been carelessly dropped.

Nothing really was good at the hotel . To begin with , it is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. The maximum it can get is 3 star. The service was very bad, the staff is not welcoming and gives wrong information. The breakfast was not good, nothing can be eaten other than eggs. I had dinner at the hotel at it was horrible experience. No good selection. The food tasted bad. I ordered fondant chocolate and after waiting for one hour they came and said we did not manage to do it. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing

Food is not delicious and well prepared
-
Breakfast buffet should be international food not Indian food. If the hotel is owners by Indians, doesn't mean we have to eat only Indian food.

Everything was perfect. The entire hotel was very clean and well kept, and the room was super nice and spacious with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt very safe. Would love to stay here again.

Nice and clean Extremely helpful staff Food

The breakfast was good an there was a wide selection, although the quality of the food was mediocre and the baked sweets not so good. The area was not great, like in most of Nairobi. The hotel is on a heavy trafficked narrow roads with no sidewalks. The room was very big and comfortable, but the plugs were not all working well. People at the reception were completely clueless about anything I asked, like if they knew any local restaurant with local food. One of them sent me to Hard Rock Caffee. At night you hear a lot of noise from within the hotel, especially from the rooftop bar. The room was quite impressive, especially for the price you pay. Also, they have a real full gym and a nice swimming pool on the roof. It is well located, if you like Westland and you can walk to downtown.

The department managers were wonderful. The hotel manager was great and very accommodating as the restaurant manager who was so friendly wherever we were, he would stop and say hello. The staff at this hotel was a cut above. I recommend staying here. The people here are just beautiful and so nice clean. They have so much to offer. It was a great can’t say anything negative We were on our way out to get into our Uber to go to the airport and my husband forgot his backpack and the lady that takes care of cleaning came running down to hand it to us. She was such a sweetheart so grateful for her.

Staff very friendly Pretty old property and need immediate renovation. The bathrooms are with leak fittings and water clogs and takes time to drain out in the shower area .
