The hotel has a great location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable overall. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The breakfast selection could be expanded with more local dishes and fresh fruit options. Other than these minor points, my overall experience was positive.

The location is good The room was dirty and so was the bathroom. There was bad order including in the alleyways. The breakfast was very basic.

The reception staff was super lovely and helpful, room was big, clean and comfortable. Only a couple of minutes walk from the ferry port where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Housekeeping , cleaning, welcome drink Most of customer expectation stay there in hotel Moring need have good breakfast but found very poor preparation on the morning food with no fresh veg and other verity, should have more food cookies, etc .

Looks recently renovated with smart tv. Rest staff was helpful. No fridge in room. Pillows were too soft.

Very near to harbor within a 10min walk, and easy to cab around to Nagoya / City Square areas. Reception staff are helpful. Breakfast buffet is simple but has all you need. Room is comfortable, clean, and we'll maintained. Just that the aircon is not very cold.

The breakfast was good, could be better if have sandwich and kuih-kuih. We did not know that have shuttle van from habour bay. We walk from habour bay to the hotel, take us about 15 mins.

First time I came across no safety box in the whole property. I will never stay and recommend to my friends to stay again unless they install safety box in the room.
