The location was nice as it was next to the ocean. Our room was dirty, outdated, and stinky. The elevators are hot and crowded (when they work). The parking garage is narrow and dangerous - plus it’s across the street. There are children running everywhere near the pools.

The lazy river the reason I booked the hotel for my grandson was not even open. Did not open the whole time we were there. Check in was horrendous, unloading and loading your vehicle was a chore. Won’t visit them again

Went for my daughter’s birthday. She’s 4 and had A BLAST. Multiple pools and a splash pad. This resort is definitely aimed for kids. We all enjoyed our stay though! The room was clean. Everyone was friendly.

View The parking lot elevator did not work on August 23rd. I had to carry my luggage up to the fourth floor using the exit stairs!!!.
