Holiday Inn Club Vacations South Beach Resort by IHG

Inconsiderate next-door guests did laundry 3:00–7:15 am with metal items banging. Rude hotel staff dismissed my complaint. I was charged resort fees twice, my invoice had the wrong unit number, and I was told they couldn't email a new one!

Poor check in policy. Late turning over the room. Dirty laundry in the hallways. Not an enjoyable stay.

The property was great, I enjoyed the bar at the pool, that they had planned activities and a DJ for music. Great location, staff was friendly.

This hotel is great! Water park, lazy river, and pool were a plus! Very convenient location. Loved it!

Our whole family had a wonderful experience at this facility. Staff very helpful, activities were a welcome addition and close to beach. Especially liked the idea of a beach shuttle, helped us older folks

Very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was enjoyable! Everything worked as it should.

Absolutely amazing property. Location was perfect- close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Amenities including the pools and club house were spot on. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We even had an incident where we started our car, ran back in the room (and took our car keys out of the car and into the room and left them there) drove 30 minutes away, and realized we left our keys in our room. When my husband called to see if they could help, they verbally got our permission to enter our room, got the keys and DROVE THEM TO US. That is exceptional customer service. I have this hotels information saved so we can use them again on our next trip down. To say they exceeded expectations is an understatement. And to Angel, who ran our keys to us, a huge thank you!

Elevator was broken in our building

The property has great pools. The elevator didn’t work sometimes and we were on the 4th floor.

Very nice resort to stay out. It's clean and rooms are still updated that's a big plus for me. The staff is very helpful and go above and beyond. The manager attended to an issue I had right away and didn't brush me off. It's such a relaxing place to stay. Definitely be back again.
