Many quality choices with a great view of the mountains.

The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. The town was quaint. Busy during the day but quiet in the morning I g and at night. We had a great experience.

The view was amazing. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. We loved it. One of the ladies at the desk was not the nicest.

We loved our view of the mountains in our superior room. If you are ever going to splurge for a view room this is the place to do it.

The views were AMAZING! I didn't like that it didn't have any fans in the room. It was HOT!

Beautifully renovated rooms, super clean, friendly staff, wonderful restaurant with endless views from terrace. Murren itself was perfect for us to base our stay and the hotel was easily accessible off the Murren lifts.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was new. Breakfast was excellent.

Location is incredible and rooms recently updated so provide all modern amenities. Claudia at reception is great!

The view is awesome. The staff members are friendly and work hard to make you comfortable. Breakfast was nicely presented and buffet choices were regional and plentiful. Our dinner was very nice and served on the patio with spectacular views. Oddly, there was no mini-fridge in our room. We were in a standard double, which might have been the reason for this. The property has a “premium” level of rooms which could have different amenities.

The terrace for the Restaurant had the most amazing view of mountains and scenery. We could watch paragliders float right by our table in the valley next to the Terrace. I’m impression of SWISS. People are very stoic. The initial contact was not very warm. However, staying there for two days and having exchanges with staff members they turned out to be quite nice and became more friendly and warmer. I won’t be critical. I’ll just say perhaps I needed to adjust to the culture. No refrigerator in the room. I have medication’s are required refrigeration. However the desk clerk was very helpful to label my medication’s and put them in the kitchen refrigerator. I easily retrieved my medication’s upon checking out.

The view from our room was breathtaking! We were there during a rare heat wave and the room was very hot. We had some difficulty sleeping due to the heat but we are used to air conditioning at home.

The staff, including owners Daniel and Sandra, were so welcoming. They provided impeccable instructions to navigate the train/bus/gondola to the hotel. The views of the "Swiss Skyline" from our recently renovated room and the hotel were stunning. I felt like I was a guest in someone's home. Self service paid laundry could use better directions.

The view was extraordinary! THe staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay. We loved it!

This long-standing hotel has been beautifully renovated and is kept spotlessly clean. Between the excellent facilities and the amazing restaurant, we had an absolutely perfect holiday experience. The rooms offer stunning and magnificent views of the Alps.
