I think they just need to reduce their pricing a bit otherwise rest all good

Yes i want to add little little things to be enhance like exhaust fans of washroom was not operational that make smell in the room. Also if a little exhaust of room is possible to add on thr opposite side of window to cross the fresh air across the room. last but not least booking.com has its comission which was a kind of hidden charges and not shown to customer upon booking. Grand heights xharges me about 2000+ they tell that these are the comission of booking.com.

The rooms were conjusted smelly n dark

Room was dirty and roof ceiling was broken,I was in room A3,don't go their,I checked other rooms also ,very smelly ,bathroom was not cleaned and the main thing when I asked for hot water ,they said it will be available in the morning but in the morning there was no water,I checked out and go to other hotel that was amazing. No hot water even they Said it will be available in the morning,my kids want to see Tv but when I asked for remote,they said it is not working,beds were fixed with bricks

Its located near to the mall road and moutain veiw is very nice The room was spacious and there is terrace from where you can see the sunset and clear mountain veiw

The room had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. Also, the hot water wasn’t available until around 10 AM, so anyone taking an early shower had to use cold water.
