Ramada by Wyndham Murfreesboro

The lobby was okay. The carpet in the walls was dingy and needed vacuumed. The room gad a weird oder. The skirting on the bed was torn and everything was aged. Dirt stuck to the bottom of my feet when I walked around my room barefpot. The bed linen apeared clean. There were no bugs. Breakfast was okay. One redeeming thing was staff was very friendly.

The place was nice and clean and I would go back and stay again

Excellent

Room - key card hard to use. Door to hall difficult to open. Door to room would open only with significant force. There was significant (what seemed like) mold all around the top edge of the tub; hair dryer did not work; only one cake of soap provided; no shampoo or other cosmetics provided; one overhead light was burnt out. There was no special plug or adapter for cell phone charger cord. The same person managing the breakfast room was also trying to manage the front desk at the same time. I was eventually able to get shampoo from the front desk.

The room was bigger than I expected. The pool was very clean and not too much chemicals. Our room had a small TV.

The staff was so friendly and helpful honestly. I loved the janitorial lady that was there a lot. She was so funny and friendly and helpful to us. The woman at the front desk was also nice and helpful too. The room was great and service was great. I liked the bathroom a lot because it was spacious WiFi was very unreliable and spotty but that was the only negative

Comforter was white with stains all over it. A/C unit sounded like it was about to fall off the wall when it turned on and off. No Elevator, had to walk up stairs with luggage to second floor.

Dirty floors, linnens

The breakfast room was large, but the lighting made it feel dirty. The coffee carafes were dirty. That was as far as I got for breakfast. We opted to grab something on the road. Overall, the price was significantly less expensive than othe places. It was definitely not a 5 star experience, but the lady at the front desk was working hard to make it feel that way.

Just okay. Needs an update.

They put me in a dirty room to start things off. Walked in and clearly someone had just slept in the bed, and dirty used towels in the bathroom. The replacement room was at least freshened up. But still not even worth the cheap price it is.
