Great location, close to tram and train station. Clean comfortable rooms

We loved the size of the room and the breakfasts were amazing The aircon is not very good, does not get cold enough and our room was like a sauna so had to have the windows wide open to cool down day or night, note we only had one day over 25 so not like it was that hot but the room just did not get cool

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Compact room, good layout. High-quality shower head. Good location close to the main station. Good restaurant 'Servus Heidi' just around the corner. Supermarket and kiosk just two minutes walk away. Tight entrance to the underground parking (once past the bottleneck though, the parking spaces were generous). The floor numbering is rather confusing - why call the ground floor 0.1?

Room and bath was a bit small so if you are a bigger person might be an issue (thankfully it was alright for me) Location wise, it is a 40 mins walk from the main square / main train station but there are tram lines (directly outside) and the DB trains (about 5 mins from the property).
