Big and comfortable rooms. Efficient staff. Nice breakfast. The pool was a wonderful extra! No complaints.

Comfy bed, clean and excellent customer service!

The staff was so friendly, the room really clean and the bed very comfortable! The transparent wall between the shower and the room was a bit surprising x)

Good location to the Hackenbrüke banhoff, beautiful and clean hotel, and easy to find. Nothing, everything was great

Location is amazing. We walked to the train station in 5 minutes. Easy access to shopping and food. Three stops from downtown Munich. Nothing-everything exceeded our expectations

Best value and service 4-Star hotel! We loved the bathtub, rooftop pool, and spacious room. Superb location with light rail outside. Staff went over and beyond to help this dumb American struggling to speak German. We were especially grateful for accessible accommodations for my wife in a wheelchair, including elevator, zero stairs required, and hardwood floors in the room. Impeccably clean and wonderful stay. Highly recommend and will return! Our only slight challenge was a flight of stairs to access the pool. We were so grateful for other accessibility points that we managed to use the handrails and enjoy a beautiful rooftop pool with super views of the city.

We had a suite with a pull out couch for our daughter. Was spacious enough for the 3 of us. Good bar to relax in at night. 15-20 minute walk to Marienplatz. The price point for the hotel is a bit high, however it was priced well compared to surrounding hotels.

Just big thanks all of you guys

Good selection of food offered for breakfast. One morning they ran out of eggs, bacon, sausage and several other items. Perhaps they were off their game that day. Never had to wait for the elevator. It always came quickly after the button was pushed. Faster than any hotel I've ever stayed in. I slept on the sofa bed and gave my daughter and granddaughter the bed in the separate room. The sofa bed ruined my sleep which ruined my vacation in Munich and contributed to a sore back. It sunk in the middle of the mattress and I felt like I was in a hole. The lighting is all direct LED in pin point lamps. No soft lighting. There was a door stopper screwed into the middle of the floor which I stepped on and tripped over every day because of its location. No hooks in the bathroom to hang supplied bath robes. Oddly, the hooks were in the separate "toilet" room. Horrible shower set-up in tub. Huge 5 foot tall clothes steamer in the room which we didn't ask for.

Great location - convenient for walking or to the public transit; very friendly staff - helpful and spoke great English; nice swimming pool that my son enjoyed; nice breakfast - both hot and cold items. The parking garage (like in most of Europe) is very tight. Plenty of spaces but if you have a larger car is a bit tricky pulling in and out
-
The room is quite spacious. The location is not far from Central train station - taking a tram for 3 stops. Nothing. this is the second time we stayed at this hotel.
-
The elevator is located relatively far from the room, requiring a longer walk than expected to reach it.
-
Very nice staff, always with someone at the front desk ready to help. Nice location near the w train station and the tram. Not a good hotel to hang out in when it’s raining a lot as it was during our visit

Sauna - Amazing Breakfast - amazing really really good experience... Normally I don't like hotel breakfasts as the quality is usually not great, not here super healthy super high quality with lots to choose from... The staff were extremely accommodating also..... Shout out to Orlando and Maria they both helped me with recommendations of places to eat and helped facilitate late checkout after I had some issues with work that meant I needed to stay some extra hours

Room was okay - clean. Stayed in a suite and the normal tier. Did not hear any noise from neighbors or anything. Elevator was small(width-wise). Had to lug 4 bags into my room by myself was tough even with bag trolley.

Found a used condom in our kids room. They did come and remove and clean. But for 400 euros a night i found it to be ridiculous and disgusting. This is not the quality i expect from a 4 star Hotel. They only sent up a small fruit tray to apologize. Did not offer dinner or breakfast. My kids were horrified and it is unacceptable.

This hotel was the best hotel I could have ever been in Munich during our one-night stay. Now this is a professional hotel. Here is the information: After we came in, we made check-in, but it took a while to get the key card to our room. Luckily, the staff kept our luggages safe. This hotel had an impressive staff. The food was literally spectacular. The room looked absolutely clean and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. If I ever come back to Munich, I am visiting this hotel again. This is also a hotel I recommend you to stay in if you want to visit Munich. I have nothing to complain about.

Only complaint, breakfast lagged deli meat options. They had the same 3 meats selections all week. I've been to other hotels in Germany who had a lot more breakfast options in terms of deli meats for sandwiches. This is also me going onna stretch to find a complaint.

It was in a great location. Very close to rail station and very easy to walk to main attractions in Munich. The staff is unbelievably helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Natalia helped me with directions and restaurant suggestions and could not have been more helpful during our entire stay. I did not eat the breakfast but my husband loved it and was very impressed with the massive selection of food offered. There is also a grocery store right around the corner from hotel that was convenient to pick up anything that you might need. Overall great stay. Nothing
