Studio kitchen could be better equipped

I liked the location and how close it was to the shopping center. It was a very convenient location. There was a slight misunderstanding when I asked what amenities my room had. I was told there'd be a kitchenette and mini fridge. When I arrived I did not have that until my third or fourth day there because I switched rooms (free of charge), but the person/owner who was messaging me was kind and understanding.

Nothing We stayed at JustStay Mülheim Hotel & Apartment and it was a huge disappointment. The rooms were extremely hot with *no air conditioning*, and we suffered for *three days* in unbearable heat. Unfortunately, the high temperature caused my *pregnant wife and infant daughter to get sick*. To make things worse, the hotel has *no reception desk or staff on site* – everything is done via phone, which made it impossible to get help or service when we needed it most. The atmosphere of the hotel is dark and unwelcoming — it felt more like an abandoned building than a place for guests. Honestly, it gave off *haunted, eerie vibes*. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. A truly awful experience.

Convenient location by car. Self service coffee machine. Studio had everything we needed Parking was too small. Extra parking was a bit dark. Bathroom was small

All good. Had a take away from a local Thai and found all plates and cutlery’s in the bar. A quick perfect stay and go!

Very good

The hotel in itself is very nice. The common areas are great and I had a big room. Easy to check in and easy to check out. The common areas has games, and also a auto service kiosk that you can use with drinks and snacks. The pillow was too soft and the blanket too small for the bed. In my case the location was not very good because I had activities in Overhausen. Overhausen is not well connected with this hotel because probably you will need to go to the center of Mulheim and then something else, if you are not by car or taxi.

Very good facilities

It was a simple trouble free stay and we didn't see any staff for the 2 nights, nor many other hotel guests. The room was very basic, the bathroom quite small, lighting was simplistic and not particularly practical. There was a bar/lounge area with some vending machine approach, and no staff/or good vibes. For what seems a newly renovated hotel the room design and features are very poor.

The hotel is something from the future with no staff whatsoever... the room was very nice..like your own apartment... 100% recomend to try. Need bit more info when you book. As if there is no people there is no one to ask ...and who designed the shower...? Im athletic man but was hard to be there.... imagine a large person in there will be nightmare...?

Very clean, nice lounge and the pool table was excellent to unwind in the evenings. Free tea in the lounge was also very nice and a very convenient location to get to Essen. The "staff free" lounge was a good idea, except that the drinks / food vending machines were impossible to use with credit cards or cash. So no food or drinks for us! Better accessability of the refreshments would ahve been great.
